Loved staying in this charming hotel, perfectly tucked away off Ben Yehuda Street. The front desk staff (esp. Aliza) are helpful and friendly. The room itself was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well appointed. After three nights on a friends futon, the king size bed was divine! Bathroom was compact but stylish. Breakfast was fresh, generous, and delicious. I loved eating...

Very nice boutique hotel. The location is the best! A lots of restaurants, shops around. Very close to the old city. The rooms are small, but very clean. Good breakfast. Very noisy at night, can't keep windows open. Very friendly staff.

All the staff especially the front desk people, Aliza ,Eran and Ahmed. The first room we had was an upgrade. We loved it. We spent some time away from Jerusalem and when we returned we asked for the same room or a room in the same line. Both rooms were good but we definitely preferred the first room #208. I...

The Arthur Hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the old city and other destinations. Note: the off the main street so keep this in mind if you cant walk a couple of hundred feet. I was traveling with an elderly person who managed just fine. The pluses of the hotel are the you, attractive, warm and gracious...

Couldn't have picked a better hotel for our first visit to Israel. Hotel breakfast was fabulous, front desk was very helpful, especially Aliza who arranged two great travel guides for me and two of my daughters!

Excellent location on a pedestrian only street, around the corner from the light rail and a ten minute walk to the Old City. Staff were helpful and personable. They helped us book day excursions , pointed out places to eat, and were just cool people. Rooms were clean , quiet , and our room had a small balcony. The rooms...

I was drawn to Arthur Hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and its very nice price point. Hotel is in the Ben Yehuda pedestrian district and is a 15 minute walk from the Jaffa gate into the Old City. Room was a bit small, however, the price was tremendous for an upscale city center hotel. There is a happy hour every...

Small, clean, comfortable, friendly, convenient location hotel located in the heart of the old city of Jerusalem. The zippers on my luggage were damaged and I couldn't open my suit case. All I asked for was a set of pliers to open the suit case and before I knew it they not only had maintenance helping but the front desk...

We stayed here for two nights as we travelled through Israel. It was our favorite hotel during the duration of the trip. A few reasons why...we showed up around 5pm after a long day of travel to be greeted with a lovely (free) happy hour. Breakfast (also free!) in the morning was A plus! It was definitely authentic to traditional...
