We ate lunch at the Christmas Hotel as part of a tour of Israel. The lobby and eating area and restrooms were clean and beautifully appointed, and the food was delicious and a good variety. I would highly recommended this place.

I stayed here as part of a group touring the Holy Land so would not normally have chosen this hotel. However, the rooms were pleasant and well-equipped (although the wi-if didn't work in mine and I had to sit on the landing to use it), the food was pleasant and the staff friendly and accommodating. The garden was lovely to...

stayed at the Christmas Hotel in mid September as part of a group. the room was clean and adequate and the hotel well kept and clean in all public areas. dining was kind of repetitive and after a few days, you wanted something else. employees were helpful when approached but not overly interactive otherwise.

After a busy day of touring Jerusalem, it was a treat to return to the Christmas Hotel for dinner and sit on the garden terrace after it cooled down in the evening. Hotel staff was very helpful, even contacting our group after our departure to return a valuable left in one of the rooms. Hope to return one day!

I was with a group so I probably would have never picked this hotel. The air- conditioning was not adequate. I don't need it to be cold but I couldn't sleep it was so warm. The food was average. There was a large variety of food choices. The staff was nice but not always knowledgable.

I have stayed at several hotels in Jerusalem for 10 years and this is my favorite--we always try to come back to this one. As a tour operator, I am always comfortable with offering this to my customers because of the great staff, well-appointed accommodations, very good food, and flexibility at this boutique hotel. They go the extra mile to...

I stay at the Christmas regularly and am always pleased to return. A real 'home from home', friendly staff that take the time to speak with you on a personal level and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Hotel with very accommodating and friendly staff. The room were generous in size and immaculate. Our room overlooked a beautiful walled garden. The hotel is family owned and is located in a quite upscale area of Jerusalem. It has a nice restaurant and lounge area. The food is excellent. A really great value.

This is my first visit to Jerusalem, and we were hosted at Christmas Hotel. We were given a room on the 3rd floor (accessed via the 2nd floor, within a few stair steps). The management sure knows how to make a traveler comfortable- the hotel staff are friendly, prompt and efficient. The room itself is very large with cable TV, ref,...

I spent a few days at this hotel as part of a pilgrimage and found it very accommodating. Even though we had the room on the 3rd floor with a balcony, it would have been nice if the balcony had opened up so that we could enjoy the breeze and the view.

“302 only has one other room on the floor so it would be quieter than the second floor where you could be kept awake if you had noisy neighbours. The room does smell of smoke however.”
