Lost all my prepaid x4 night stay when the Windows closed due to CCP virus. \ Refuse to credit toward a future stay. The mgr has been nasty, obnoxious & snarky. There are many other places to stay in Jerusalem so no need to patronized this rip-off.
Had a bit of an issue with the parking at first, and connecting with the agent in charge of the property as this is a private apartment building and there is no concierge for tourists. But the apartment is very spacious, furnishing is pretty good (thought not as good as some of the pictures suggest), view is amazing, and it even comes with a bottle of free wine! Best of all, it's right above a great market with both groceries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying for a few days.
We booked a hotel in February through booking.com and planned to visit in June 2020 for a week. Our flight got cancelled, even if not, we can’t isolate for 2 weeks in Israel to follow their guidance. We called few times to the hotel. The person who picks the call takes our information and promise someone will call back. Nobody called. They took my money and don’t think I deserve to be called back... Be careful!
Spent 4 nights here after our tour of Israel finished. Very welcoming staff, well appointed apartments, located close to light rail, night markets and walkable to the Old City. Thoroughly recommended !
