Housekeeping is horrible. Two days so far I have returned to my room and it hasn’t been cleaned. There must be a toilet paper shortage here also because housekeeping never leaves enough. The first day at check in the towels were big and nice for drying off , after that we just got small hand towels even though I called for extra.

My family had a great stay- hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were comfortable. We had a large group and they went out of their way to accommodate us. All in all, would stay here again!
