Anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located hotel in Jerusalem will certainly not be disappointed with this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure that every need and request was addressed. The reservation manager of the royal hotel, Dan Athlan, in particular, was super attentive, assisting with any issue with professionalism and a smile!
The food was tasty and plentiful.
Definitely recommended!! Looking forward to another visit!

Housekeeping is horrible. Two days so far I have returned to my room and it hasn’t been cleaned. There must be a toilet paper shortage here also because housekeeping never leaves enough. The first day at check in the towels were big and nice for drying off , after that we just got small hand towels even though I called for extra.

Dear Jerry, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Did you stay at the Ramada or at the Royal? I ask because I see you wrote a bad review on both our hotels. I have responded to your other one, too, but could you please clarify which of the hotels you stayed at? In any case, I have forwarded your concerns to Housekeeping, and trust that our cleaning routine will improve hereon. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again, soon. All the best, Juliet

Dan has demonstrated that he is the best by the way he takes care of people like the Tanners. He listens to fully understand the needs and then takes action to take care of every detail. We love his personal touch and his professional responds to our needs. We highly recommend his services and the Royal Hotel to everyone!
