We stayed at Prima Royale for two week long seminar. Hani and his team took care of his every morning for breakfast and then some. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Many of us got sick and his team made sure we all ok. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and beautiful parks.

My electronic key cards repeatedly failed, and the physical shabbat key was unintuitive. Turning it counterclockwise will make a promising sound, but you actually have to turn it clockwise and hold while turning the handle. The people at the front desk didn't quite know how to do their job, and had to check us in twice. There were pieces of...

This is a medium sized hotel near the center of town and walking distance to old and new city. There are seven floors and the rooms are more than average size for Jerusalem hotels. The facility apparently has had the rooms redone in the not too distant past and are well appointed and very clean. The staff are friendly and...

The hotel is in a residential area. Close to the old city and Mamila Mall. The rooms bit small but very clean. Breakfast is great with a piano player, nice touch. Staff is very nice and helpful. This hotel is recommended.

Disappointing. This old hotel needs a complete renovation. Selling points are location and excellent breakfast buffet. We originally had reservations at another hotel but our travel agent in Israel forgot to book the last 2 days, so we had to settle for this one. If your agent can't help you, book a hotel yourself. There are lots of better locations.

In celebrating my father's 94th birthday my sister and children stayed at the prima royale. Rooms are small and not renovated. Linen had to be changed a few times as the bedding had stains. The hotel is not cheap and we learned that the 5 star hotel around the corner was the same price. Check prices at all hotels in...

The location is good and the room was adequate, but the place is well behind the newer boutique hotels. The breakfast was lackluster by Israeli standards - they don't walkways make omelets, they often ran out of coffee cups and sweetener, and so forth. There was a definite cigarettes smell on my floor.
