This is a great boutique hotel with a wonderful location, a very lovely staff, and a good price. We were there four nights and would highly recommend it to anyone who asked. PS. The lobby and outdoors are great place for meetings.
We stayed at the beautiful Villa Brown Moshava for a week. The hotel is in a picturesque, quiet, safe neighbourhood with lots of restaurants nearby and interesting shops. The location is really good, you can walk to the Old City in 30 minutes or you can take a taxi for 50 NIS .The buses are frequent too. We found the room comfortable .. great bed with two balconies overlooking the pretty garden .. they serve complementary wine and nibbles in the afternoon so you can sit out in the garden and chill out . Both Emet and the other lady at the reception were welcoming and very helpful with arranging taxis . The hotel was cleaned often by friendly staff and new towels, toiletries were provided as and when you needed them. You have a choice of 2 restaurants to go for breakfast ( it’s not at the hotel) but they are only a short stroll away . We loved Caffit .. the breakfasts there were superb and plentiful, the staff were very sweet and we couldn’t have asked for more . We didn’t try the other one .. it couldn’t have been any better!! On Saturday we went to another restaurant for breakfast that was open which was nice too ( but we were big fans of Caffit) ..on the holidays we received a big breakfast box for two people which was delicious and plentiful.. all in all, a great hotel . We will return ! …
My wife and I had a fantastic 10-night stay at this delightful boutique hotel. We particularly loved the quiet but central location just off Emek Refaim with many fabulous cafes and shops on the doorstep, as well the 24-hour reception desk with freshly-brewed coffee always on offer - and much appreciated! Will be back!
We stayed for a week in December and were very happy. The location and building are so charming. The staff is wonderful and the all-day availability of coffee, tea and sweets was great. I used their bikes a few times to get around and see the mesilla. We had a room with a terrace that was very charming but really small. There isn’t even room for a dresser so we essentially lived out of our suitcases. If you are ok with that, I think you will really enjoy the hotel.
Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location. Emek Refaim street is lined with bakeries, restaurants and shops. A 20 minute walk to the Old City. The staff members at the hotel were so kind and helpful. We were here during Hanukah and every night we had candle lighting and sufganiyot. We went to the bagel cafe and caffit for breakfast nearby but there is no breakfast at the hotel. The staff made us coffee every day and there was always tea, sweets, and iced water and tea out at all times.
We recently stayed here for a family celebration. What a lovely welcome. Very nice staff, good location comfortable amenities. The bikes were really good and the hotel is near the bicycle tracks which allowed a great ride to both the old city and to the nearby countryside.
Very friendly staff, clean room, excellent atmosphere. Good location in quiet street, lively shopping straat around the corner. Breakfast nearby with excellent choice and service. Direct surroundings of the hotel very quiet and green.
we were there (saddenly) only two days and had spend all time being in Jerusalem travelling by the streets of old city and german colony, this hotel is nice, cozy place that will stay in our memories , I think next time in capital we won’t think twice where to stay…
This charming boutique hotel has beautifully appointed rooms, very comfortable beds and a great complimentary breakfast (down the street from the hotel). The bathroom is small but very clean and functional with lots of hot water. Check-in is very easy and coffee, tea and sweets are available in the lobby at all times. There is a lovely garden area outside with table & chairs to enjoy the Jerusalem mornings or evenings. Highly recommend!
Hotel was great. The staff were so welcoming, answering every question we had. The rooms were quite lovely, having a contemporary look. My wife couldn't stop taking pictures of it, from the beautiful colors, tall windows, decors to a good and scenic environment. And it was right in the middle of the city, which made perfect sense for us. Todah Guys!
