1st the location .. Ein Karem is one of the most beautiful spots in Jerusalem .. and that by itself says plenty .. but it 15-20 min by car from down town and most of the other attractions in Jerusalem and may be a little week on public transportation (not sure) Service .. the reception was helpful and warm and service oriented .. but keep in mind that at night the availability is via phone .. they are not at the location The room is amazing, comfortable and exceptionally beautiful .. it is an old 18th or 19th century renovated building this is a great romantic getaway to celebrate with someone special
