We chose to stay for 2 nights in Jerusalem of Gold Residence. The location is perfect in the heart of Jerusalem overlooking the park. The indoor swimming pool is really a plus. There is also a parking for your car inside the building. When booking online using booking.com, we did not pay attention to the cleaning fees of around 650 ILS. In Israel, 650 ILS represents approximately 10 hours of cleaning. Even if this cleaning fee is astronomical for a 2 days stay, I would not be writing this review if the flat that we rented was perfectly clean when we arrived (check in at 5 pm). The problem was that the flat was one of the dirtiest we ever rented: there were tainted sheets, the surface of the furniture as well as the refrigerator were dirty, the handles and the buttons of the microwave sticky, oily and dirty.... It is pretty clear that 10 hours of cleaning were not spent in that flat. We are unfortunately left with the feeling that we have been fooled.…

The place is great and the apartments are nice with full kitchen, washing machine + dryer, very comfortable beds etc. The service was not according to expectation. We order the apartments month before and we asked for a baby bed in each apartment and the management forgot to give us! about 8 pm they bring a baby coop... No safe box in the room and no racks in the washing room. The gym and the swimming pool great and the location very convenient to see all central parts of the city. A lot of restaurants nearby.

We chose this wonderful place for a weekend in Jerusalem. The four of us had a great time! The place was clean and neat, looks great, wonderful area, amazing swimming pool and Mac, the owner was very cooperate and service oriented. Don't miss it!

We had a two-bedroom executive apartment with a balcony and view. The residence is in the middle of everything, everything is walking distance. The apartment though was not very big, it was properly appointed and furnished with a nice big balcony. Some of the reception staff was not very nice though.

We stayed with 2 other couples for 4 nights and the location was perfect. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was great to have a kitchen for breakfast and a common living area. the apartment was comfortable but needs finishing touches like towel racks and lamps and closet space for hanging clothes. Washer a dryer were great and it would be perfect for a family as the price was very reasonable. we got coffee and danishes each morning from the coffee shop around the corner and there were lots of restaurants nearby to choose. The building next door was being built and they start at 7 am each morning but we were up by then anyway.

My family and I have stayed at apartament 31 in this luxury property. This must be one of the biggest, for it has 3 bedrooms, 2 complete suites (both with separate shower Box and bath tubes, hand and ceiling showers in each ) and an additional toillet. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, cabinet hidden laundry, motorized window curtains, heated marble floor in bathrooms. It is not a hotel, as they always kept reminding us at the facilities, but you will only miss the breakfast and bed clothing change. The company we rented from (Zabulon) apointed na apartment manager, who was very helpful. The property is cetrally located, three blocks from Ben Yehuda Street and 15 to 20 minutes walk to the old city. The building offers parking (in another buiding in the same street) ,gym, pool, hot tub, and even a Mikve (pool for jewish ritual bath). Pay attention to the timetable as some hours have restricted Access to men or women to this common facilities. (although my children and me have seen nobody else during the whole period.)…

We arrived during shabbat so no key had been left out for us, but the guy who was working at the front desk was super nice and managed to sort it out for us. We thought it was going to be more hotel like, but it's an apartment and the look of the apartment varies from apartment to apartment. The one we got looked nothing like the photos shown on sites like hotels.com etc but it was nice enough. Clean and spacious. Enough bedding, towels and toilet rolls, so nothing to complain about here. It is an apartment building under development, they are building another one across the street so the construction workers started working at 7 in the morning. This wasn't mentioned to us beforehand. The two apartments that ours was in between was under renovation as well, so it wasn't very quiet there. Apart from that, great location and wonderful facilities. I would definitely stay there again and have no problem in recommending tho place to others.…

The building is wonderful and set in a perfect location. But the apartment was not set up to be a rental. Nothing was finished not even a toilet paper roll in the bathroom. If you are ok with a 'half finished' apartment, this is a great place. We would stay there again, but know what you are getting into.
