Have been at this Hotel twice during our stay in Israel, 6 nights in total. We choose it because was the only hotel in the zone, and we needed to be at Bayit Vagan. The first time, we arrived before Moed and were really rush, check in was slow and the staff not very gentle. Room was really big, but...

Bottom line - we love this hotel! Sure it's a few kilometers from the Old City, but that's a GOOD thing; the price is right, and since it's on a hill in Bayit V’gan, it offers a great view of Jerusalem. The employees are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and neat, and the continental breakfast is really good....

We stay at Rimonim Shalom Jerusalem for whole month. Exelent service and very good management. We came to the medical center Shaare Zedek for the neurosurgery to remove a benign tumor in my wife's head. During the week, when my wife was in the hospital restaurant manager handed her breakfast from the hotel. After discharge from the hospital, we have...

I stayed 2 nights in this week in this property. A real letdown from beginning. Checkin was smooth and staff helpful. Misery starts with LIFT. All lift in this property is outdated and works very funny. I dint realise it and waited many minutes. And during my stay accessing 3rd floor for restaurants or going to 2nd floor to access...

In this hotel, there are rooms that are already renovated; but we got the un-renovated one. My relatives got the renovated one and felt satisfied. While us, should say that we were a bit disappointed. The room was so-so, but quite clean. The extra bed was intolerable, my husband fell down as soon as he sat on it. The bathroom...

I am 90% vegetarian and was spoilt for choice at the breakfast spread. As a foreigner I was amazed at the variety and quality of vegetables grown in Israel. I enjoyed the food thoroughly. The rooms were good, but there was no time to enjoy them as we were a group on tour. Would return to this hotel without a...

Hotel was nice. Staff extremely Kind, understanding and friendly. Eager to help and spoke perfect English. If you don't like cats they do have two that roam the lobby and sit on the reception desk. I only at breakfast but it was good. Your normal Israeli food.

All hotels in Jerusalem, in Israel, are overpriced but at least here you get close to your money's worth. There is no hassle parking (when people park & take into consideration that there many be others who also want to park). The staff are all friendly. The room was clean & the breakfast was ample. This is our 3rd or...
