A perfect place for a getaway weekend or for guests visiting from overseas. We have stayed here many times since it opened. and all friends who took our advice have enjoyed this special hotel. GREAT food as well as a great bar!!
Perfect location in residential/business area with lovely, well proportioned rooms, this place has perhaps the buzziest hotel lobby of TLV. The bar/restaurant/lobby is full all day with hip, attractive and friendly locals and visitors. The staff are outstanding, hugely engaging, competent, pro-active. There are so many staff members, and yet they all manage to be personal and attentive. Tasteful rooms, lovely bathrooms, everything in its place. High quality linen, pillows and mattress. Huge shout out to Mika, who handled the early shift beautifully, and to Neta, who helped me with concert bookings (not so easy without a local ID and mobile number). Perfect if you want to discover Rothschild Ave, the Bauhaus buildings, downtown TLV. Not suitable for those seeking a beach holiday.
No Lobby, small desk in the front of the hotel that mostly busy with restaurant guests. I stayed there over 10 nights - Worst experience ever. As a hotel guest you should get a table in the restaurant. the first night it was not a place on the bar around 7:30PM. After 4 hours with no luck to get a seat- I ordered room service- are you joking with me? it happen 2 other time- so I gave up in the rest of the nights. Saturday morning you can't get out of the elevator - the small lobby is packed with restaurant guest. The day of my check out I asked if I can stay 6 hours more until my flight back to the U.S., They asked almost $300. I stayed there 10 night and spend over $5,000 (with restaurant and room service) - unreal to charge this amount for 6 hours! - Do yourself a favor and find a good boutique hotel in Tel Aviv- you probably find one with better price and better service. I can't get over my feeling how bad it was. I must to say that the only ray of light in this place was the lady that work in the front desk- mornings - Netaya - friendly and amazing - she always took care of me when I check in for breakfast but nights shifts stuff was not like that.…
Great food, service, vibe... everything is tight. I ate there several times and allways .impressed Hotel montefiore is one of the pioneers and insperation of the culinary scene that blossom now in TLV, in its still a banchmark of quality
My family just finished an amazing trip to Israel where we stayed at the Hotel Montefiore in Tel Aviv for 5 nights. While the other hotels we stayed at were beautiful, the Montefiore was our favorite. It's a small boutique hotel so the rooms aren't big, but they're well appointed and very pretty. This place is extremely happening with a lobby full of locals and travelers enjoying drinks and spectacular food in the bar/restaurant. So much fun to hang out there. But what makes this place our favorite is the staff. Manned by energetic]p and super-friendly young waiters and waitresses, desk managers, etc, the service and attitude was truly delightful. I can't imagine not loving your stay there.
