This is a poorly managed property with extremely rude, incompetent staff. On my way to the property they sent a series of Whatsapp messages trying to hit me with an extra charge for checking in early, though I documented that they agreed in advance to no charge. They backed off that. Upon arrival, a friend stopped by to pick up a gift I brought from abroad at which point a a snotty 20 something desk clerk tells this father of four adult children that guests are not allowed in the room but he would "make an exception this one time." By the way, I paid for a room for two adults. When I brought this matter to management, it was bounced around to three different managers for a week, saying "we're investigating." It's still under investigation as of this writing. The Mueller Report took less time. I checked out soon after arriving and wouldn't stay there again even if I were paid to.

Stayed at this hotel for a night as it offers free shuttle (every hour) to the international airport. The hotel is linked to a mall which has some shops and also a food court. The room was modernly furnished, spacious and clean. Service was great and if you need to leave early in the morning, they will prepare takeaway breakfast pack for you. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a hotel close to Tel Aviv Airport with shuttle to the airport and I was glad that I found Sadot Hotel. I was in and out of the hotel for 2 other trips. Leaving my extra luggage at the hotel made it very convenient. The front desk clerks are very courteous and helpful. Check-in was easy and always came with extra advice based on our conversations. The breakfast was healthy and good. There's a shopping mall downstairs with food court, mini market with pharmacy, clothing and shoes as well. I really enjoyed my stay here. Going to the Tel Aviv city is about 30 min. If you plan on spending more time in the city, it's advisable to find a downtown hotel.

This was my 2nd stay at the Sadot. Welcome at arrival and all further interactions with the Reception staff were always highly friendly. My room was spacious, well equipped and in a rather quiet location (which is a significant plus in an airport hotel). Breakfast is very good and the happy hour in the afternoon is good enough for me to enjoy a light dinner before early sleep for a return to the airport on the 2 a.m. free taxi ride, arranged by the hotel (free shuttle from the airport to the hotel is not available and might be something for management to consider). Before that light dinner, I went to the gym which, not being enormous, has everything one may need for exercising before or after your work and/or travels. In all, a quite good package.

Minutes from the airport. Well appointed, spacious rooms. Terrific free happy hour (excellent Israeli wine and finger food). Very knowledgeable, accommodating and culturally hip reservationists. Free taxis to the airport, even at odd hours. Bag breakfast provided for airport trips at odd hours. Reasonably priced.
