Super friendly team, with a great check in and out process. Really great communication before and they booked a taxi for us. The neighbourhood is great, we walked into trendy Neve Tzedek quite a lot and it was an easy walk to the beach. The room was big and modern, with great toiletries and excellent shower. The balcony upstairs gave some free wine, beer, water and coffees 24/7. We had breakfast one day at the cafe downstairs and it was excellent. Would love to come back!

Super cozy and beautiful boutique hotel in the center of TLV. Handsome and very kind people. Excellent service. Perfect stay! Balcony and roof top terrace invite with cool drinks and chill out music. Best place in TLV to visit the whole city and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars around the area! Thx for all!

The problem with Hotel Saul is that they’ve created such a great vibe, and have such clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff is so helpful, that you won’t want to leave. Incredible boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. Walking distance to other great neighborhoods, the beach, and a range of restaurant. We loved our stay here and the staff really went above and beyond to take care of us. They helped with bus tickets, restaurant reservations and made great suggestions. The cafe in the lobby is delicious and is a wonderful amenity to start your day right. This was our first time to Israel and Hotel Saul helped make the trip incredible.

Unexpected added value. We were so pleased with so many aspects of this hotel. From the staff to the location to the unexpected added value of the lounge. Being able to have a delicious coffee, tea, beer, wine or chilled bubbly water or flat at any time was lovely. And then there were the other added attractions that were all all included. The staff went out of their way to make the visit more than just pleasant. Our room was impeccably clean and everything was in order. I hope to return to the hotel for another visit.

Loved out room with the balcony. Great design, mattress, shower, dark shades....perfect. Fun lounge area on 4th floor with free wine, coffee and cookies was awesome. And great delicious breakfast at Gillys who really know how to make coffee. Recommend the chocolate chip cookies with the white chocolate and pretzels. Super nice staff at hotel and Gillys. Overall was a real pleasure and I will be back. Was just sorry their SPA is no longer active. A massage would have been the cherry on top :-)

After reading all of the amazing reviews my expansions were high, but man what a disappointment was this. The hotel is extremely noisy. I could hear peoples alarms every morning and hear including other folks convos. I could even hear the cafe in the building open every morning since the staff was pretty loud. Upon arrival the room was clean but dusty and during the night I had to remove an insect from the bathroom floor. There also wasn’t a kettle in the room, just coffee. The was also a lot of lime scale in the bathroom. The staff was mediocre at best. 2 of the staff members were great, but the others seemed to really hate their jobs, especially the woman that gave dirty looks every time I asked for beach towels and the guy that got mad at me after not having my room card after explaining I lost my phone. Other than that I have no complaints, but no way I’ll ever stay in this hotel every again

May H, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sincerely very sorry that our Hotel did not meet your expectations and as you can read from the other feedbacks, this is definitely not our standard and/or the way we are used to offering a service to our Guests. Also - believe us - it is a pity that you never told us anything during the seven days of stay... as you know, there is always someone available to talk to: to me, for example, or to our General Manager or to the owner of the hotel. If you had talked to us we would have explained to you that the kettle is available on request and we would have gladly provided you with one, or we could have considered a change of room to an upper floor, since during the morning you heard particular noise from the Cafe. As regards, however, the behavior of some members of our staff, it will be our concern to verify what happened. We do not know if you will decide to return to Hotel Saul, but if you decide to give us a second chance, we will be really happy to welcome you with our best smile. We wish you all the best. Warm Regards, Daniele Hotel Saul Team

I loved my visit to Hotel Saul. Location was great, the room was perfect, and the staff were amazing. I loved the community vibe, the events that were planned during my stay (unfortunately, I didn’t participate as I was working). But they had yoga, happy hours and lots of fun things. Best part for me was the responsiveness and helpfulness of the WhatsApp support provided. Everything from arranging airport transfers to extending my stay was EASY! Zero stress at Hotel Saul. I’ll 100% be staying here again on my next trip.

Stayed 5 nights at this wonderful property that I cannot fault. We booked the room with a balcony and the room was spacious, fresh and so comfortable. The Gili coffee shop downstairs is a gem of a place. The breakfast and coffee is amazing. The service is top notch. Literally every person I dealt with on reception was super friendly and helpful. Daniele, Segev and Katerina were all great in helping organising tours, make restaurant reservations, order taxis etc. I don’t think we could have picked a better location. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much Hotel Saul!

Hotel Saul is truly one of my favorite hotels that I've ever stayed at-- ever! My fiancée and I both fell in love with this wonderful hotel. I recommend it to anyone & everyone who is visiting Tel Aviv. The accomodations are amazing: comfy bed, lovely sheets, great bathroom & shower. The location is ideal, right in the center of Tel Aviv and very walkable everywhere. The food & breakfast from the hotel cafe is amazing, as evidenced by how popular it is on weekends! The WiFi is great, and there's workspace available, too! The staff is amazing as well, they were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. One unique thing, in particular, that I loved about Hotel Saul was the free coffee/espresso, beer, and wine that was available on one of the floor's terrace/patio area. They also host small gatherings & events here periodically, which was another really sweet touch! I/we loved this. Seriously, can't recommend Hotel Saul highly enough-- I loved it. Thank you so much to them & their staff for a truly wonderful stay in Tel Aviv!!!
