We came to the hotel, with a reservation we made a month ago and they wouldn’t let us in, they asked us for our personal information about whether we got the COVID vaccine or not and we didn’t want to answer. the front desk manager treat us in a very bad way. We will never go back there.
Spent a night at the lighthouse hotel. I’ll start with the good things: the hotel staff were really nice, helpful and friendly and the Breakfast was very tasty. I Had a City view room which was a bit too loud and the toilets are very noisy (we heard every time someone else flushed their toilet).
the room is way too small for its price! you can barely move in it (not to talk about finding a place for your stuff). and they sell you that there's a Jacuzzi on the terrace but they won't tell you that the people sitting outside drinking and eating will be sitting RIGHT NEXT TO YOU!
Lobby:tight squeeze!Checkin:nightmare,no room for a line. It's like an auction.hallways:literally black with low lighting, dingy. Bags were held while we waited for room.they split them to 2 locations.
I bought a voucher for bb and spa. Staff was amazing from the moment i checked in. Offered champagne. I told her we came to celebrate a birthday and she immediately said i should have told them earlier. She said my room was ready but would lile to upgrade if i qas willing to wait a few minutes. She physically went to check new room and left a/c and lights on... w Once we were in the room they brought a bottle of wine. Spa was great. Both masseaus were attentive, friendly and professional. Even during COVID 19 times breakfast was great. Everything was in single size. Cheese, bread, fresh juice, dessert buffer. Eggs and cocktails by menu. Open deck jacuzzi, tanning beds outside breakfast hours. Amazing interior design in lobby, spa, breakfast rooom and terrare. 1 block from beach and corner of Allenby. Highly recommended.…
