I have been around the globe in so many hotels, and became a bit numb to hotels in general. Once I have stepped into Renoma, it felt differently. When every little detail has been thought of, from the room, beach towels, all the way to a very fun beach tent built for us. We will surely visit again, and very soon.

Hotels of any size are just about “brick and mortar”, but hotel architecture and design does not create memorable experiences - people do! The staff at Renoma is outstanding, completely and seamlessly guest centered. It does not matter who is on call, they all behave in the same way, aiming to please. Beach set ups and surprise breakfast boxes are delighters. The property is clean and attractive and walkable to most points of interest (Old Jaffa, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Carmel Market, Neve Tzedak). Spa is intimate, lovely and spa treatment fantastic. Staying at Renoma is a personalized and memorable experience. Kudos to Itzik, Oren, Mikal, Leah, Anna and Shani!

We stayed a family of four in late August. From the minute we made our reservation till few hours after our check out. Renoma staff was always in contact with us. Very quick to answer any questions or requests we had. The room, the facilities, the indulgence were pure joy! The big ex-tractor is the staff. The staff assist above and beyond to make our vacation a one to remember. For us that is the most important thing. Can't wait to come back.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 years old baby. By far - it was the best vacation we've had. The experience in renoma is amazing. you feel the luxury, you get an attention as if you were the only visitor. The standard is very high. From now on - this is my choice for a vacation at Tel Aviv. We stayed at Renoma Hotel and Apartments for a total of 16 nights. The hotel consists of an old building that has recently been redesigned and renovated with an addition of a modern apartment section, which seamlessly fit together. The interior design pays tribute to the renowned french designer Mr. Renoma. The hotel is located one street away from a prime swimming beach in an area which offers multiple restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel has various room layouts and apartments from which to choose and some of the rooms have balconies with sea-views. The staff give impeccable service and each of the staff members deserve recognition by name. Itzak, Ricardo, Anna, Michal, Sophia, Leah, Sonia and Sasha, all contributed to make our stay pleasurable and stress-free. Our Renoma stay was divided in two by a tour of Israel and allowed us to experience two different junior suites on opposite sides of the building. Suite one: A large suite, with an extra large shower, lounge area and kitchen area with bar fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, cutlery and crockery. A small balcony with seating for two, offering sea views. We liked the built-in cupboard space for our long stay as well as the iron-board and iron neatly stowed away. Suite two: A smaller suite, but still large in comparison to normal junior suites. Offered a bath with stand-in shower, lounge and kitchen area, two balconies with seating for two. One balcony with sea-views and the other with city views. The apartment has windows on three sides offering an additional view of the square in front of the Kempinski hotel. This suite is suited to those who enjoy light and views from all sides. Apart from normal hotel room conveniences, beach towels and water was provided in a Renoma Beach bag on a daily basis, and a courtesy box of tasty treats was delivered every morning at eight which included croissants, muffins, fruit juices, yoghurts etc. Other conveniences which were offered for free were: 1. A private beach tent on request. 2. Bicycles with helmets. 3. The use of a full service private gym, meters away. 4. The exclusive use of the Spa Sauna for reserved times. The hotel has a coffee shop with fresh baked goods and sandwiches available on a daily basis as well as a high-end Restaurant offering outside and inside seating. There is only one point to mention which might affect your decision to stay in this hotel, namely that the hotel does not have a private swimming pool. We were not in the least affected, as our purpose for staying on the Tel Aviv beach strip was to spend our days on the blue flag beaches and swimming in the tepid crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. A public pool is available on the beach front approximately 200 meters from the hotel. I highly recommend this boutique hotel which punches way above its weight compared to the costly, impersonal bigger hotel chains. There was NOTHING to fault.…

Stayed here with my family, and we had a 2 bedroom suite. The space was laid out well, and they immediately accommodated us by separating the king bed into 2 twin beds for our kids. The location was perfect, and the staff so helpful in setting up tents at the beach, complete with a stocked cooler (water, beer, ice), a beach mat, towels, and kadima. What could be easier? No, there isn’t a typical big breakfast spread, but wasn’t important to us. The breakfast they offered worked fine for our crew. Overall, a great place to stay. Totally recommend.

Beautiful rooms, very clean, nicely equipped, the hosts were very service oriented and took care of every detail. We went to the beach and a tent with games and drinks waited for us. We had a great time.

The tastefully decorated and luxurious apartments are the perfect place to stay in Tel Aviv. The staff is the best I have experienced in years in terms of friendliness and service orientation. The apartments are right on the beach with many very good restaurants nearby. We stayed as a family and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.
