Awesome stay. I was at the renaissance last time for the Marriott points. After being convinced by coworkers, I changed to the Vista this trip and I’m glad I did. The facilities are great and the staff is phenomenal. Uriya in the lounge was great. He worked with me and the Tel Aviv marathon organizers to get me a pass for the 10K. The guy is awesome. The guest relations manager, Osher, was great as well and such a pleasant and calming demeanor. Between those two and the rest of the staff, this was by far the best trip and I will be staying here on future trips.
We capped off our two week vacation in Israel with a three-night stay at the Vista at Hilton Tel Aviv that crossed over Shabbat. From the moment we were welcomed at check-in, with the concierge's attentive assistance to help us return our rental car with ease locally (instead of driving all the way to the airport), to the 17th floor private welcome - - all the way through to checkout, every interaction with the team at Vista Hilton was exceptional, professional and so warm and welcoming. We had a terrific stay. The city and sea views from the 17th floor Vista lounge are extraordinary. Make sure you stay present in the moment and take it all in so you remember the feeling of sitting out there on the edge of the earth, with a light meal and beverage of your choice. No photos can do the feeling justice (but take some anyway so you have some photo album memories to enjoy!). The food and drink offerings always exceeded expectations. Know ahead of time that this property is kosher/dairy so no meat is served here. What the chefs do with their fresh and creative offerings is amazing! So enjoyed everything we tasted. Having the lounge available for food over Shabbat when many places are closed made being a tourist in the city very easy. The housekeeping staff was attentive and kind, always sharing a smile. Hilton Honors members receive a fantastic welcome gift of full-size Ahava products - a real treat. Overall, while the price point is high, the service and offerings compare with a Ritz-Carlton level of service, so was much appreciated. Will look forward to returning when we are next in Tel Aviv. Highly recommend.…
We just spent a wonderful Shabbat stay at the Vista in celebration of our fiftieth anniversary. The room and the amenities were top notch. The staff, especially Klaudia, were professional, helpful, and gracious. The lounge, its view, and its food service make it especially worthwhile. The Vista is located on the top floor of the Tel-Aviv Hilton and as its name says, you have magnificent views of the city, the shore, and the ocean. Nothing could be more relaxing than just sitting and reading or staring out as far as the eye can see.
Overall we rated "The vista at Hilton Tel Aviv" easily at five stars. The service, amenities, and room views make it easy to place "The vista at Hilton Tel Aviv" at the top of your list. Traveling to new places can be exciting and exhausting. This is why it is important to have a great hotel to be based out of. We often find ourselves not wanting to return to our hotel while traveling so that we can experience all of the culture and unique atmosphere a certain location has to offer. At "The vista at Hilton Tel Aviv" this was never an issue. With the breathtaking views and central location it was easy to kick back and relax at the hotel while soaking up the unique Tel Aviv vibes. This is why it was an easy decision to place this property at the top our list of places to stay in Tel Aviv.…
I stayed at the Hilton Tel Aviv for the third time. Staff are always friendly and go out of their way to assist. A highlight is always the Vista lounge & the beautiful spread, drinks & stunning view. The rooms are incredible and the balcony overlooking the gorgeous ocean is always magnificent
