I gave a 2 star and not a 1 star review for the following reasons. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. So kudos to the cleaning staff. The staff was mostly pleasent. A minor complaint is that a kitchen is advertised, but there was no working oven. Whilst eating outside on Saturday afternoon a lady moved perhaps 2 m away and started smoking weed. I asked her politely to move further away and she declined. I went to the staff member at the desk who immediately went to confront her. She left and shouted abuse at me. My complaint is aimed at the management of the hotel. Smoking Weed is illegal and should not be allowed on the hotel premises. I assume that if someone is breaking the law they should be asked to leave. This did not happen. I was also verbally abused by the guest. Again this should not be permitted and should result in the guest being asked to leave. I spoke about this to the manager who said that she couldn't do this. 48 hours after I have checked out I have yet to hear any response from the head office. I was so upset I actually left after 1 night instead of staying the second night. The manager of the hostel gave a full refund for the second night which was decent. In conclusion, I am writing an honest review and explaining what was good. But ultimately hurling abuse which was heard by a staff member who did not react to the abuse as well as smoking illegal substances was ignored by the management. Thus I wouldn't recommend for families or people who want a safe space to stay.

I made a reservation from 03/15 to 03/17. My check-in was denied, as the hotel would be closed by order of the Israeli government to prevent Covid. The attendant assured me that she would get the value of the reservation and notify the fact in expedia / h Hoteis.com. Formalize a negative check-in and a refund request by email. I reissued the email in April, May and June and so far, 3 months after the event, I have not received any response from the hotel, nor the promised refund. The hotel's attitude is regrettable and full of bad faith. I do not recommend hiring hotel services. Unprepared and dishonest s

This hostel was phenomenal. I have been to 50 countries and stayed at countless hostels and this by far is at the top. Breakfast is amazing! Fantastic variety (like crazy huge variety) Stayed in a 6 bed mixed dorm and each bed had its own plug, light and curtain which was sweet, felt very private. Very aesthetically pleasing! So clean, modern and trendy Had lots of activities offered (however didn't get a chance to try any) Did not find it an overly social hostel however didn't really take the initiative to socialize with anyone as I didn't really have time and was traveling with others! All different ages Maybe a bit far from the main touristy spots of Tel Aviv but you can reach everything by walking (or lime scootering) down the beautiful boardwalk Staff super friendly and helpful!
