We stayed for a week at the Sealand, and the big studio style room we had was perfect for this. Didn't try cooking with pans etc. so can't judge really. It's not a hotel, so if you get sand on the floor then you have to sweep it up yourself, but if you can handle that then the Sealand is... More

The initial apartment booked was unavailable and this was notified to us only a couple of weeks before our departure. The substitute apartment was offered as an 'upgrade'. If it was considered an upgrade, I would dread to see what the original apartment was really like - but I think that the term upgrade was used specifically to describe the... More

Shlomi (the manager) was most helpful. He made himself available to be contacted 24/7 for any issues or concerns, but we didn't have any - can't find any! Everyone in the group was very pleased of our room and the facilities. Location was perfect and the staff very accommodating. Can't remember how much we paid but whatever it was, it... More

We had been there for my jewish fiances birthday. The owner is symphatic. We like the room its larger than we expected. Very comfy about everything. The only bad thing they clean once in 6 days. When we go to swim and bring sands on the floor it was difficult for us. For the money we paid its normal to... More

This is our second time to stay here, and this time our room was somewhat larger. We have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, vessel to boil water, a/c, TV, wifi, a sitting area, ok sized bathroom, somewhat secluded bedroom, ample clothes storage space and hangers, plus a safe. The entire apartment is clean, bed is comfy, and... More

We were 4 people traveling together and were a bit put off by the prices of 2 hotel rooms/night in Tel Aviv, so we chose an apartment here. The manager was very nice and helpful with all our questions/requests, the apartment was clean, there was satellite TV with a huge selection of channels and the area is very OK if... More

the studio apartment was everything I expected from the advertisement with a reasonable price to boot for a last minute booking. it had a clean and elegant feel to it and is in a great location only a couple blocks from the beach and directly across from a supermarket making it convenient to stock the kitchen for the duration of... The location of sea-land is superb. On Ben Yehuda Street, near Gordon. few minutes from the beach, Bike rentals outside and a shull next door. Sea - Land is owner operated and has a small staff . All the staff were uber friendly, making sure we knew all the ins and outs of our room. Each room was equiped with... More

Good location, close to the seaside. Generally well equipped, with friendly staff. BUT: our room was just dirty. Hair in the bathroom floor, deep oily traces on the table and seats (can't avoid to see them on glass surfaces...!) And beware: even if well arranged it is an underground building (likely a former warehouse?)

The Apartment is in a in a great location and an easy walk to the beach. The apartments are clean, well maintained, modern and within walking distance to everything we needed. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially the manager Shlomi. Staying in the middle of summer we really appreciated the very effective airconditioning. The apartment was a good... More
