The apartments are beautiful and clean, perfect for a couple, or a couple with kids. It is right next to the beach. Perfect location also for city life. Very kind owners always there in case you needed anything.

My two friends and I just completed our stay at Mapu 18 and it was great. Upon arrival I was nervous as the building itself is not typical of a hotel and the elevator was small, but given the location I was hopeful. The units are exactly as pictured, if not better. Our unit had a balcony with both ocean...

Very nicely remodeled and beautifully designed apartments. Conveniently and centrally located in the heart of the city, close to the beach and city night life. Very accommodating staff/owner. Fast WiFi, adequately serviced. Well equipped. Great value for money in Tel Aviv.

After booking with them we got an e-mail explaining in detail how to reach the place and how to get the key....

One week before I arrived in Tel Aviv, Mapu 18 emailed me saying that the property was under construction and I would have to stay at another property. The property they placed us at was awful. It was on Allenby street, extremely noisy, sketchy and dirty. We couldn't sleep well not even one night, which really impacted our sightseeing since...

As we arrived to the studio, we were informed there is no reception. Maybe that is the reason not to have one, so that was not possible to raise complain for such bad quality place. Studio number 19 - very small, trash bins and some ugly roof - that was our view from the window. Bathroom - just like nobody...

Awful building, no reception and outrageously over priced. We felt totally misled by advertisement on booking.com.

We arrived at the Mapu 18 apartments at 1:30AM. We had no information on how to contact the apartment management so we were completely lost. Finally we managed to get into contact with them and got into our apartment. If we didn't have a cell phone with us we would have had to sleep in the street. The apartment is...
