This hotel is a nightmare. We had to leave as the hotel was making us physically sick. We had booked 11 nights. The cancellation policy was free of charge until 17h59 on the day of arrival. But since we arrived and already spent the first night they refused to do anything about a refund for unused nights. We even offered to stay for 3 nights as it was the week-end and we understand that there could be a minimum stay. They still refused any modification or refund. We had to leave and our vacation was ruined. This place has no love, no warmth, no hospitality. It is a dump and the bathroom is disgusting. I would never dare entering the spa on the roof top. The water is so repulsive.

I was in town for yet another film project this weekend. I selected this hotel due to its affordability relative to other hotels in Tel aviv. The breakfast was good and again affordable. I would stay here again if the price continues to stay affordable. The neighborhood is nice. Room service was prompt and the food was well priced. Walls are extensively renovated and beautiful furniture all around. Top place to stay and will be visiting again.

Well located if you want to enjoy Gordon Beach and that's pretty much the only good thing about it. The room that I stayed at was located on the main floor. I could listem to the noise at reception which is not nice. Adding to that, the room had a view to this backyard where they stored chairs, tables and other stuff - more noise and people walking next to the bedroom window. The blinds (blackouts) had some space between them and privacy was not a plus. But the icing on the cake was a dirty toilet. Over the three days that I spent there, there was never cleaning services.

DISHONESTS Our room was not ready when we arrived (1:30 am). Dirts from previous guests was lying everywhere. We had to wait until 3:45 am to get to our room, which was not cleaned: Only the sheets and towels (dirty towels !!) were changed. Pee and hair on the bowl, shower gels from previous guests were still in the shower, everything was dirty. Smells of pee and tobacco in the room... The next day we agreed with the staff that our reservation would be canceled and refunded in full, so we left the hotel and booked another night elsewhere for the following evening. Except that we have been debited and for a week management has not answered the phone. SCAMPS, THIEVES, SHAME ON YOU.

A complete sh**hole. The pictures and positive reviews are highly misleading and a gross misrepresentation. They probably have all their friends write positive reviews for them. You would have to be on drugs to give this 4 or 5 stars. I walked up a filthy metal staircase to my room, the room was tiny, it was supposed to be a Queen bed and it was a double bed instead, the bathroom was horrible, the shower was tiny and horrible you can barely get in-and-out of the shower, the sheets on the bed the were not soft and smooth they were rough and worn, they didn't clean my room until 4 PM and they did a halfway job, the front desk was grossly unprofessional.. Only good thing was the location. A Motel 6 would be more pleasant. DON'T BOOK HERE. YOU'LL THANK ME.

Location is great yet the disgusting rooms make this hotel a horrible choice. I was expecting a basic 3 star hotel yet this place is a dump. My room was nothing like the online reservation photos. Old, run down, double bed crammed against the wall. The bathroom was old and barely large enough to be functional. In the very limited and depressing public areas there were cheap fake plants everywhere, pathetic decor.

This is not a hotel, this is a construction site. Workers began drilling at 6 a.m. and the entire passage from the room to the exit was filled with dust. The room is very very small, maybe suitable for one person. Dirty, the toilets were filthy.

The Dream Beach is nothing fancy or elegant, but if you just need a place to sleep a night or two in Tel Aviv, it is a good, relatively inexpensive choice. The staff was very helpful—allowing us to store our luggage while we left for Petra a couple days, finding a pair of glasses which we had lost, and getting us a cab to the airport. The location is great—just a 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach.

The rooms are SUPER SMALL. No place for ANY luggage. Nothing common with the pictures! The stuff lies. It’s dirty. Bad smell. No balcony’s. We asked for the refund as it’s totally different from the expectations they make on the booking. They promised to charge only for one night but took for all 4 even though we’ve stayed in other place. We took huge apartment in 300 meters from it for less price. Be careful with this place!
