I've stayed in many hotels that call themselves "boutique", The Diaghilev truly defines what a boutique hotel should be. From cordial email correspondence in advance of my stay, to a tall glass of beer brought to me from the in-hotel restaurant while I was checking in (thanks Nikita) after 12 hours of flying, to a very cozy (not small) suite...

I love this hotel. I have stayed here 4 times and each time I like it more and more. The rooms are just great -- clean, well appointed and supplied -- and the beds very comfortable. The staff is just great -- nice, friendly, fun, accommodating and not boring!!!. The location is perfect -- walking to distance to so many...

Dear Yasmine, I did not forget you since we left your hotel. Our return in Paris was quite but we are missing Israël for the heat of people and the heat on Tel-Aviv day by day we appreciated. We got back to our work and business which started again immediately and we think again with happiness at the happy moments...

This hotel has a unique vibe. The rooms are very spacious and they have a large porch (unfortunately we were so busy we didn't have much time to enjoy the porch!). The best part of the hotel was the customer service. All the staff we interacted with were really helpful and interested.

We stayed for for 5 nights at the Diaghilev with 3 rooms. The rooms were lovely and with plenty of space, including a large lounge area and we also we opted for a room with a balcony. All this was great but what really made it for us was how friendly and helpful the staff were. From free bottles of...

For families looking for reasoanble and affordable suites in mid of Tel Aviv this is it. Location is just in the center, 15 minutes driving to any point in the city. 2 minutes walking from Rotschild street, one of the more charming boulevards of Tel Aviv, with many coffee shops and pubs in many styles. The rooms are very large,...

We booked several rooms at this hotel for our family and friends as my daughter' s wedding was being held nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were gorgeous and breakfasts were delicious. This beautiful hotel has a great vibe. All our guests were happy with their rooms and ( unlike our guests who were staying at other hotels)...

My boyfriend and I spent the entire month of July in Tel Aviv and were fortunate enough to have stayed the entire time at The Diaghilev. WOW! This place is the best. First, there is Miriam, who manages the front desk but kind of runs the place. She is amazing! Miriam and her entire team treat you like you are...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Diaghilev is a bohemian boutique hotel that offers an extraordinary and exceptional cultural experience intensified by an excellent personal service. The hotel features an art gallery exhibiting over 500 artworks that change every 6 months, unique and mostly radical decor items, a collection of hand made rugs from all over the universe, most of which are ancient and therefore reflect the aged cultures they originate from. The Diaghilev has recently established a HUB for Start-ups and integrates a wide activity in such fields as design, fashion and technology. The uniqueness of the hotel brought it into prominence among internationally acknowledged artist visiting Tel Aviv and the world of technology and start-up. Many employees of the leading corporations in the world choose the Diaghilev as their base in Tel Aviv. Built in the purest Bauhaus the Diaghilev invites its guests to experience a World Cultural Heritage site rich of hundreds of Bauhaus buildings and get a taste of the “White City.” Our uncommon nocturnal concept was designed taking account of a recent scientific research that showed evidence that black beddings cause intensive production of Melatonin hormone, which results in deeper sleep, stronger immune system and increased anti-aging effect. The Diaghilev is an eco-friendly hotel, committed to a continually expanding list of operating practices that aim to maintain minimal environmental impact. The toiletries at the Diaghilev are of outstanding quality. They are produced from natural materials created from plants cultivated for this purpose in the hills of Jerusalem. These products are produced and packaged at a small factory that employs people with disabilities and integrates them into the labor market. Our creativity-support concept lead to the establishment of the HUB - a shared work environment that is more than a physical workplace for creative entrepreneurs: It is designed to nurture a community in which creators will be able to collaborate with one another in order to produce innovative projects and initiatives. ... more   less
