We spent some days with the family and the room is very family friendly. The hotel offers the typical buffet breakfast which was good. The staff was friendly and the facilities were well maintained. Although the hotel is not in the city center, if you have a car, it is OK.
The area of the hotel is a bit desolate, but feels very safe and it's right on the beach! The suites were beautiful and modern, the rooms we were in had amazing views of the sea. Best of all, while the breakfast buffet is not the biggest, it may be the best included breakfast we've ever had. Made to order coffees, fresh juices, Mediterranean and European breakfast items and pastries, just amazing!
This hotel is dirty, broken and it smells. Definitely not a 5 star experience. We checked in and got a room with sheets with holes in it, dusty windows and curtains, dusty sheets and smell of air freshener. The hotel was facing a constructions site, not near the beach as promised.
I can't recommend it. Rooms are OK and large, but TV are old, and music machine even older. The hotel is very far from city center and there is nothing around, even not restaurants. Only 2 very very expensive in a building beside. If you need to go somewhere you will need a taxi, and when we asked for one with Visa payment system,, the concierge called one who wants cash and asked for 20 eur more than agreed, be care. Also they have not contactless Visa system. There is only a restaurant for breakfast, closed for dinner several days and there is any bar to take any snack or coffee in the lobby. If you think in be in an apartment.. Far from the city... OK... But not as an Hotel.
This hotel is far from Tel Aviv its sells like a boutique hotel and its not true. The dont even have services like a 5 star hotel. I recomend that you stay in another place near the acción. You cant even find a Soda at 9 p.m. un this place... i dont recomend it.
