The new Debra Brown Hotel, by Brown Hotels, sets a new standard of luxury and style right at the heart of Tel Aviv, within walking distance of the beach. The hotel is inspired by a neo-classical design and was designed by the architect Prof. Yossi Friedman in the mythological building, previously known as the Deborah Hotel. In addition to its 89 exquisitely decorated rooms, the hotel also offers a rooftop with a spacious sunbathing and immersion hot tubs by a wonderful view of the city, an intimate spa suite and the "Malka" kosher restaurant of the esteemed chef Eyal Shani, where breakfast will also be served to hotel guests. By the end of 2021, a large spa and fitness center will be opened at the hotel, an intimate performances hall, in collaboration with "Barby", a conference and events hall, a synagogue and a conference room equipped for business people.

I had booked Debrah Brown hotel for a 2 week stay and was really excited to stay at this hotel. The pictures online looked great and I made sure to book one of the bigger rooms on the top floor to make sure it was an enjoyable experience. I was also travelling with 2 other people who took my lead as to where we should stay. It was such a disappointment.....so bad that I cancelled my booking early to switch to another hotel.....and now I am still waiting for my credit to be processed by head office. What was wrong? Check out the pictures. - Dirty handprint on the wall from a previous guest - Stains in the carpet when you step off from the elevator - Bed sheets that are torn - Pillows were horrible - Make up mirror that requires that you connect a portable charger to it for the light to be used - No bellman to help with luggage - No attention to maintenance of the suites - Snarky Manager with no follow up with the customer when a negative message is sent to their online app

1.Check in: 7PM 18 May. First problem the room wasn't ready at 7pm that's unacceptable. After waiting at the bar for 1 hour they told us our room was ready. 2.Entering the first room and I realised it was not the room we reserved via booking + the plug for the key was totally broken + the smell of the room was awful. 3.We came back to the reception and suddenly there was no room for us. After 20 minutes waiting in front of the reception and having a really bad argue with the receptionist she told us there is one room available for us. 4.When we arrived to our new room (the one that I booked) it was totally dirty and the highest deception was I almost cut my hand with some cristals under the bed, that's dangerous totally unacceptable. 5.For the third time in 1 hour we came back again to the lobby and they sent the cleaner lady. And that was the last time we saw her because there were no more cleaning the rest of the days, 3 days without cleaning and asking everyday more than one time for everything like towels, shampoos, toilet paper etc... 6.Everytime we went into the lobby there were people arguing and shouting to the receptionist about cleaning and other stuff, like the key, that doesn't work.Everytime they need to give me one new key. 7.And just the icing of the cake was, upon doing the check out they told me, we own them 90ILS and that's not even true we pay half in cash half in card plus 200ILS as a deposit and I’ve not seen that money back.

Loved my room 805, great bedding, lovely view on the city and the see, stylish decoration. Trendy neighbourhood just 2 blocks from the beach. Delicious breakfast, nice staff, what else does one need? Jacuzzis on the sun deck. Restaurant is a must

I would always come back! The hotel is very new and the rooms stylish. Exactly like on on the website of the hotel. The staff in the hotel is super nice and helpful... and very responsive on whatsapp. Had a nice room on the 8th floor with awesome view over Tel Aviv and the sea! Breakfast was great too. Beach is very close! So great holiday for a beach holiday!

The hotel has only been open for 3 weeks, though not completed yet but it is fully functional. Rooms, terrace and lobby are very stylish. Staff are very pleasant, professional and couldn't do enough to make our short stay special, specially Ori and Gil at the reception, THANK YOU! Great location in Tel Aviv. We will definitely come back. S Noy
