Great hotel, even though we had only one night! Excellent location! Many amenities in the room for your comfort. The hotel is close to the promenade and to lovely beaches. There are restaurants and coffee places just nearby. I think overall is an excellent choice.
I can’t fault this hotel at all, especially the customer service. Sadly I didn’t note down the name of the woman at the reception desk, but she was so friendly and extremely helpful throughout my entire stay. The rooms are a nice size and very clean, no noise at all and the views from the rooms are really lovely thanks to the sloped windows!
The boutique hotel is located a short walk from the beach.I celebrated my partner's birthday in a lovely hotel. The reception reception was exciting we were honored with wine. We got a classic room equipped with good taste. The room is innovative. At the hotel we enjoyed many treats that the hotel offers. We enjoyed a very excellent experience.
The Brown Brut Hotel in Tel Aviv is situated just a few steps from the promenade and close to the beaches, as well as to old Jaffa. That was simply great! My bedroom was facing the Mediterranean Sea. Fabulous! The deco was modern and included a queen-size bed, two small tables and one individual sofa. There was also a TV, a safe deposit, a mini-fridge, a coffee machine and a hairdryer. The bathroom was also excellent with a bathrobe, slippers as well as the usual amenities like soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc. The breakfast was good. There was bread, butter, cheese, scrambled eggs, some local dishes (salads, etc.) and coffee. It was really a fantastic experience. Should I return to Tel Aviv, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Brown Brut Hotel again!
The staff are rude ignorant and would much rather play on their phone when asked for coffee in reception where there is a nespresso machine the answer was I don’t care the hotel is not finished the tv sometimes works there is no bar no restaurant I would not recommend
The parts we did not like about the hotel was the entry way to the hotel. The entry way has cracked and broken concrete and gave us a very poor impression of the hotel before we checked in. We didn’t know what we were getting into. Turns out the hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance to Carmel Market, beach, park, Old Jaffa too. The room is small, but the decor is very nicely done, and has all the nice touches such as slippers, robes and USB outlets. We especially liked the large shower and separate toilet and sink areas, made getting ready efficient. The lobby area has an espresso maker which we used every morning and made hot tea in the evening.
The hotel is located across the road from the beach, it has a restaurant next door and in the same building as well as being close to the beach bars near Gordon Beach and the beautiful old town area of Jaffa. The room itself was perfect for my visit. It was small but very well designed! Queen Bed was comfortable, a large TV and a cute toilet and shower room were smartly fitted into the room. I slept very well and was not disturbed. I was very impressed and the staff were very helpful when I needed anything. Not only could i speak to them at the reception, i could call from the room or better still, I could send them a whatsapp. It was through whatsapp that they gave me advice on the hotel, the city and even offered me a free tour of the city which they organised. I didnt have breakfast but believe this was available. I did not spend much time in the hotel but the time that i did was very comfortable. The hotel was excellent value for money and I would have no hesitation coming back here again.…
room was nice. I didn’t have an ocean view though. Receptionist spoke a little English (enough to easily check in but not ask a ton of questions). If you are renting a car, there is no official hotel parking unless you get lucky with a spot on the street out front. There is tons of paid parking in the area though, just have to figure out the rules/signs but Google translate picture feature is pretty good. Overall, I feel like it matched the price well but would probably stay in a different hotel if I ever came back. The shower pressure was phenomenal though which is great because I have thick hair. There were USB outlets as well so if you are mainly charging things through that, no need to worry about plug adapters or anything. Close to the beach and tons of places nearby to eat. Very good about responding to messages through WhatsApp.…
My wife and I reserved a room at the Brown Brut a month in advance for a family wedding. We were given a key to a room that was already taken, and we opened the door to our “room” to find another couple comfortably laying on the bed. The management was unresponsive in finding a solution and kept trying to avoid taking any responsibility for this obvious screw up. The Manager himself was AWOL and has refused to respond to my messages complaining abo if the abysmal experience we received. What should of been a nice weekend celebrating with family at a comfy hotel was a ruined and miserable experience, with the worst of Israeli “customer service” on display. There are many other hotels in Tel Aviv where you’ll get good service and a memorable stay, but Brown Brut is definitely not one of them.…
The hotel is apparently a brand-new facility and the entrance still looks as a construction site. However, rooms are perfectly fine and equipped with everything and more than you may need. I didn't like that the double bed has 2 separate mattress instead of a single one, but that's a personal preference. I stayed only one night and didn't try breakfast, so I cannot tell much more than this. The hotel location is convenient, close to the beach and to the city centre. The price is on average more value-for-money with respect to other others in Tel Aviv The wifi MUST be improved, at floor 5 it was disconnecting all the time and not suitable for an effective use. A bar in the lobby would be desirable.
