The Brown Brut Hotel in Tel Aviv is situated just a few steps from the promenade and close to the beaches, as well as to old Jaffa. That was simply great!
My bedroom was facing the Mediterranean Sea. Fabulous! The deco was modern and included a queen-size bed, two small tables and one individual sofa. There was also a TV, a safe deposit, a mini-fridge, a coffee machine and a hairdryer. The bathroom was also excellent with a bathrobe, slippers as well as the usual amenities like soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc.
The breakfast was good. There was bread, butter, cheese, scrambled eggs, some local dishes (salads, etc.) and coffee.
It was really a fantastic experience. Should I return to Tel Aviv, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Brown Brut Hotel again!

Strangest hotel I’ve stayed in. Agree with others it’s an office building with some hotel rooms so you’re never sure if you’re going somewhere you shouldn’t be.
Red neon lights make you feel like you’re in a bunker…
Location was good for the beach and room was spotless with comfy beds
Highlight was the free stuffed dates at reception!

The parts we did not like about the hotel was the entry way to the hotel. The entry way has cracked and broken concrete and gave us a very poor impression of the hotel before we checked in. We didn’t know what we were getting into.
Turns out the hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance to Carmel Market, beach, park, Old Jaffa too. The room is small, but the decor is very nicely done, and has all the nice touches such as slippers, robes and USB outlets. We especially liked the large shower and separate toilet and sink areas, made getting ready efficient. The lobby area has an espresso maker which we used every morning and made hot tea in the evening.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in to date. Firstly, the hotel was going on the renovation painting plastering and building work. I had to constantly navigate my way around workmen and building tools. Secondly, my room is situated facing the sea and the main road, the windows are not double glazed and the noise from the road and the bars downstairs made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Thirdly, the price for the service and facilities which were not available due to the building work was considerably overpriced compare to other hotels, better quality . The only good thing about this hotel what’s the location, there was absolutely nothing else that would make me come back to this hotel again. Note to manager, you need to make sure your customers come first, regardless of whether you have any building work that is going on at the time. I will ensure that I write to your CEO personally to make them aware of the situation at this hotel.

I stayed on floor 2, new large rooms all well equipped more like am apart/room.
The Floor 2 Ladies (Tatiana and crew) kept the room and area spotless.

The hotel is different in that it has no bar or restaurant as such, it has a nice room for breakfast which is actually a restaurant next door.
Breakfast is great and prepared passionately by the Chef Asaf, a great guy who seems to work tirelessly to make sure everything is good.

Free wine (Cava) is available all the time from reception a nice touch to sit outside by the entrance or on the Patio level at floor 3 with it's many sunbeds and 8 or so Jacuzzi's.

It is a great location, best location really of the beach area, close to Tel Aviv old town (Yaffa) and to Carmel Market with it's many bars and restaurants.

Also 2 beaches are close by either left or right in less than 10 min walk.

All the guys there looked after me, especially Alon one of the managers, Asaf the chef and also you'll meet Shay who has is own cafe in the hotel courtyard area serving his great chicken and lots of other food at a great price and great portions.

I enjoyed my time there.

Very nice hotel, excellent location close to the beach, excellent service, excellent and varied breakfast, nice sunbed facing the sea with several small jacuzzis for singles and couples, really cool. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel (where you eat breakfast) which was excellent and we even got a 20 percent discount as hotel guests. It should be taken into account that the normal room of 16 square meters is too small and should be increased to 20 square meters. highly recommend

Dream Vacation! Highly recommended Boutique hotel. Very stylish room with great view and fun TV offer. Breakfast ist very rich and tasty. A luxury terrace with stunning view to the sea, old Jaffa and Tel Aviv Promenade where you can enjoy huge and comfortable sun beds and big, fun Jacuzzi. The location is very central and close to a great going out and dining places at the Carmel markt aria and also just in front of the beach and sea food Manta Ray restaurant, promenade and walking opportunities on the long sea shore of tel aviv Jaffa. More then all I would like to express my deepest thanks and positive impression and feelings from the warm, kind, generous, caring treatment we have received from the managers Alon and Danis which made us feel at home, Spoiled us, answered and helped with all our requests and much more! 🙏 Alias taking care of the top breakfast. We are sure to come back and Hopefully Asap ❤️

The hotel is apparently a brand-new facility and the entrance still looks as a construction site. However, rooms are perfectly fine and equipped with everything and more than you may need. I didn't like that the double bed has 2 separate mattress instead of a single one, but that's a personal preference. I stayed only one night and didn't try breakfast, so I cannot tell much more than this. The hotel location is convenient, close to the beach and to the city centre. The price is on average more value-for-money with respect to other others in Tel Aviv
The wifi MUST be improved, at floor 5 it was disconnecting all the time and not suitable for an effective use.
A bar in the lobby would be desirable.

The hotel is located across the road from the beach, it has a restaurant next door and in the same building as well as being close to the beach bars near Gordon Beach and the beautiful old town area of Jaffa.

The room itself was perfect for my visit. It was small but very well designed! Queen Bed was comfortable, a large TV and a cute toilet and shower room were smartly fitted into the room. I slept very well and was not disturbed.

I was very impressed and the staff were very helpful when I needed anything. Not only could i speak to them at the reception, i could call from the room or better still, I could send them a whatsapp. It was through whatsapp that they gave me advice on the hotel, the city and even offered me a free tour of the city which they organised.

I didnt have breakfast but believe this was available. I did not spend much time in the hotel but the time that i did was very comfortable.

The hotel was excellent value for money and I would have no hesitation coming back here again.

room was nice. I didn’t have an ocean view though. Receptionist spoke a little English (enough to easily check in but not ask a ton of questions). If you are renting a car, there is no official hotel parking unless you get lucky with a spot on the street out front. There is tons of paid parking in the area though, just have to figure out the rules/signs but Google translate picture feature is pretty good. Overall, I feel like it matched the price well but would probably stay in a different hotel if I ever came back. The shower pressure was phenomenal though which is great because I have thick hair. There were USB outlets as well so if you are mainly charging things through that, no need to worry about plug adapters or anything. Close to the beach and tons of places nearby to eat. Very good about responding to messages through WhatsApp.
