I travel to Israel on Business frequently and the Renaissance in Tel Aviv is my home away from home. The Staff are so courteous and Julia is an amazing manager as is Meir, the GM. I arrive to an amazing selection of fresh local fruit, chocolate and nuts and the view from the balcony is incredible. Thanks for making my...

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. On entering the room we were shown how to work the air conditioning, the mini bar (all electronic and no capability to poke anything in of our own to cool) the Bell boy said that he could bring us a fridge, which appeared no more than 5 minutes later. The room, yes...

This hotel has an absolutely marvelous location, pretty decent facilities, but pretty poor customer service. The building itself needs a serious amount of improvement, even though they supposedly renovated recently. For the money they charge, this hotel really needs to be a lot better. Yes, its on the beach, but for example, the direct beach access (something you pay for...

Whoever said "location is everything" had npt yet visited the Renaissance in Tel-Aviv. Though perfectly located by the beach, hotel is a nightmare come true except of course for masochists. A 9 minute wait for an elevator (only 2 were working in this 16 floor property with 340 rooms), air condition in room whose temperature cannot be controlled, so it...

Nothing like checking into a hotel on The Med and hearing the pool is indoors and they don't have a private beach that you have to pay for. My husband got locked out on the balcony and our room was hot. For a 4 star hotel one would hope for assistance in hailing a taxi. Pluses - good breakfast and...

On our recent vacation to Israel my wife and I stayed in 5 different hotels as we moved around the country seeing the sites. The Renaissance was the best hotel overall. It cost a bit more than the other hotels, but the room, location on the beach, fitness facility, included breakfast, view from the balcony was worth what we paid....

SAFETY ISSUE. I walked out on my balcony and the door locked behind me. I did not have my cell phone with me. I had to wait for my wife to return to let me back in. If I been by myself, I would have been locked outside until the maid came the next day. I think the lock design...

I have stayed at the Ren Tel Aviv many times. The rooms are very comfortable with nice balconies that have a great view of the Beach. The hotel is centrally located so you can get to one of the many great restaurants in Tel Aviv. The Boardwalk in Tel Aviv is a great place for a walk and the beach...

We stayed in the Renaissance Tel Aviv on the hottest days of the year. It was too hot to sit or lay on the beach until after the sun went down. The rooms are large by European standard. The location is right on the beach. The front desk staff is multi-lingual and very accommodating. As a Marriott gold member, I...

We were delighted to find this location on the beach, where we could swim, sun and rest. We rented city bikes a block away and road along the beach. The breakfast buffet is full of choices: coffees, cheeses, fruits, vegetables and salads plus a omelette station. Couldn't have been happier with our choice!
