Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. Historic Bauhaus theatre converted into a charming boutique hotel. Great old theatre memorabilia adorns the entire hotel and guest rooms. The rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable. Balcony rooms overlooking Dizengoff Square are a treat, esp at night when the square is illuminated. Good customer service and great breakfast. Fabulous rooftop with wonderful views of Dizengoff Square with an excellent happy hour and live jazz. Free tea and coffee available all day. Nice treats in the lobby during the day. Note - I stayed just before the pandemic so I dont know what amenities are currently still in place. Excellent hotel choice for Tel Aviv.
We had a great time at your hotel. Very clean. The stuff are so friendly. The smell in the hotel is unbelievable, we loved walking in the lobby. :) The best location in Tel Aviv. Do yourself a favor and go there.
Great location In the center of Dizengoff! Fantastic staff! So kind and nice! Excellent food with all you need. We had most of the time parking... Happy hour on the roof-top :) The best value for money you can get in this area.
'Cinema Tel-Aviv' is a wonderful place for an urban vacation in Tel Aviv. The thing that makes it such a great hotel is the amazing staff. Charlie, Harel and Roie took care of everything with a great smile and patience starting with the booking process, parking reservation, complimentary wine and chocolate that waited for us in the room. Also, the guys were really helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the Hotel area. The hotel design is beautiful and takes you back to the glory days of the building as a movie theater. I really enjoyed walking around and feel nostalgic - The exhibits include impressive display of cameras, projectors and posters of old movies. We also enjoyed the hotels activities – Afternoon ‘Happy Hour’ with a beautiful view of Dizengof Square and the outdoor night movie with popcorn and wine. Our room was also designed with artistic touch and items that were taken from old movie theaters. Although our room wasn’t very spacious we really enjoyed it as we were out exploring the area most of the day. The breakfast was delicious and although the variety was a bit limited due to the Covid-19 limitations we were happy with it. The hotel is highly recommended for a romantic vacation thanks to the helpful staff, the good atmosphere and the great location at the heart of Tel-Aviv. We will definitely come back again.…
The place was great. Rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was great. The staff was really nice and courteous. The hotel itself, which was once an old cinema, has lots of old projectors, cameras and photos of how the place and the surrounding area looked in the 1930s-50s - really nice. The rooftop has a great view and the hotels location is amazing, right in the heart of the city.
