Although I am in quarantine, I feel like I have booked a five star hotel. The room is very clean, the bathroom large and modern, a nice little balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff is beyond exceptional. Everything I ask for, they rush to do. More vegetables with my meals? Done. Extra spoons? Done. They are friendly, have the best sense of humor, sometimes I feel like calling for things just because I get to talk to really nice and amusing people. Once this Covid business is over, I would definitely return here whenever I visit Tel Aviv. Here are two views from my room, daytime and obviously sunset. These views are really making the quarantine far more tolerable, but the staff is really what makes it exceptional.
Hi Chaim, Thank you for the great service. I would like to elaborate my overall experience. Check-in process was smooth and quick. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast has many options to have. variety in all aspects.But I was curious why you don't offer Falafel which is the most popular dishes in Israel. Room service is also nice.
We were welcomed by a very attentive gentleman at the front desk who helped us get into our room early as we were tired from an overnight flight. It felt like we were being persueded to give him a tip as well though. The rooms are in desparate need to be renoveated as they are crumbling. The food however was very good - lots of selection at breakfast, and hot. Location is wonderful, close to Carmel makret and the beach.
We stayed at the Dan Panorama after arriving in Tel Aviv. The room was ok, but out of all the hotels we stayed in it was our least favorite. There was rust and water damage on the doorway, and the shower wasn't that great. Likely in need of a remodel. The restaurant was very good...the food among the best during our stay in Israel. The buffet had about anything you would want, and the service was great.
hotel room not cleaned ,leaking water from ceiling,bed bugs,etc price of room too high hotel needs a major renovation many groups are flooding the hotel and restaurants vip lounge very poor with food quality parking is a challenge weekends hotel is flooded with locals
