This was my first stay at the Sheraton Tel Aviv but friends have stayed here before and enjoyed it. The location on the beach was ideal and it was easy to find shopping and dining within walking distance. I was on the club level and enjoyed having access to the lounge that served nice snacks and drinks. Amenities were great...

Worst 5 star hotel where I've ever been. Furniture in our room looked very old. Cleaning defenetly not 5 stars... One evening when we arrived back to our room around 6 p.m room wasn't cleaned, I had to make few phone calls before cleaner came 1,5h later... One morning, when we had early wake up, we ordered breakfast previous evening...

Great Location, Modern clean room & Bathroom, comfy bed, Most rooms are North or south views not "head on Ocean views" (Maybe those rooms cost more) I had access to the lounge which was nice, 7am to 11pm I could get a drink or bite to eat Given the opportunity I would happily stay here again

I have been going here for a couple of years and the staff couldn't be more welcoming. The rooms are quite nice and spacious and the bed is firm and comfortable. The breakfast buffet downstairs is HUGE. The executive lounge has a nice breakfast and dinner snacks and a wide assortment of spirits and wine. The gym is better than...

I have been coming to the Tel Aviv Sheraton for years. The staff are great. Particularly the professional and friendly staff on the executive floor. But there are two issues I would like management to know about. First the pool area. Nice pool with a lot of lounges. But forget it if you are looking at resting and relaxing. There...

As a seasoned traveler I never was treated so rudely from a Well known chain like Sheraton. My adventure started when none of the pictures on their site match the actual hotel. I guess with photoshop and airbrushing they can make the hotel and pool look new and fresh when instead it's old and tired. Things got worse with dealing...

The hotel is very nice, typical of any big hotel. It has all of the high-priced attributes that you might expect. The only irritant was that breakfast was not provided with the room cost – we were told that our option was the breakfast buffet for $30/person. We opted for a make-shift breakfast in our room.

My main complaint is when Starwood creates floors just for people on awards stays. They are typically the older, lower floors. Hardly a reward for my loyalty. That said, I enjoyed the stay. They were kind enough to find me a room with two beds during the busy Passover week. It's close to the beach. They gave us a 4pm...

It is the second time in two years, where we came with our entire family (11 people). We took four rooms as part of the Starwood membership with SPG club privileges. The SPG club staff, was incredible. We benefited especially from the assistance of Mazal and Revital. But the entire staff was great.
