The location is central to markets and the beach. It's warm enough to enjoy swimming now. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. My room was clean and comfortable. So were the share toilets. There is a variety of accommodation here.

Good kitchen area. Respectful staff. Good price. Great location! By the beach and downtown city. Right beside the beach. Near restaurants and pubs. Everything one needs is next door. Laundry facilities easy to use. Has an upstairs patio.
