I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Hotel is not new, but very close to the beach and everything., tasty breakfast. The personal is nice. Especially I would like to say thank you to night duty manager Ahmed! 🤗 He is very polite, positive person and very helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel. Ahmed is super helpful and was able to assist me with all of my needs. The location is very convenient and was just perfect because it is right by the beach. The place is very clean and professional. I am so happy with the place.
Our stay at this hotel was nice. The best part of the stay was the night manager. He was very nice to us and invited us to coffee and cake. He also gave us very good tips on restaurants in the city. Thank you!!
I was overwhelmed by a very friendly and caring staff who make sure the guests feel welcomed. Excellent and plenty full breakfast and very clean and nice rooms. 2 persons from the staff caught my attention: Ronit and Ahmed. I highly recommend the hotel Danielle. Australia
While they were unable to provide an early check-in we enjoyed our lunch at the lobby bar. The restaurant was not yet open. The service was friendly and the food ok. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. Our room was in the tower with a great view. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.
3 generations stayed for 11 nights; the highlights - Friday night dinner, friendliness and helpfulness of some staff e.g. Adrian (and Shwarma), Val Rheinstone, Mohammed on reception - all were great. Location is good too but there were problems: The reception manager was unable to listen though and although we had requested adjoining rooms she was adamant this was different from interconnecting rooms and insisted on giving us a lesson in our native tongue; she also was really difficult to deal with when we changed from 3 rooms to 2 and had the children with us in our rooms and had hoped this would mean a saving given this was not what we had booked or wanted and were using one room less, she could not have been less helpful and persistent emails to the management have gone unanswered and still do. Being told that if we wanted a child to sleep in our room was an extra 200NIS per night after we had told them that we did not want to continue sleeping on a floor with many birthrighters so on the first night I went out to shush them a few times between 11pm and 3 am is not on. When we arrived the receptionist looked a bit sheepish and explained we may want to change rooms so I doubt this is the first time it has happened. Clearly birthrighters should have fun and I imagine most people with kids don't want to be woken up throughout the night. Pool area and gym ok, and some staff members were so lovely, friendly and helpful and knew things that the reception did not know e.g. where to get cherut from. Given the management weren't replying it shows that there is a lack of leadership here which is such a shame as some of the staff on the ground are really great and the food was great too.…
We had a Lively stay at Metropolitan hotel.I recomand it to all my friends in Argentina.lovely smile service from all staff specially from Ahmed at reception front desk. Rooms very clean ,good breakfast, the hotel is Just near the tel aviv beach and jaffa
The start was somewhat on a shaky side, HOWEVER the staff had made it up 10 times fold. Staring from the AMAZING night Manager Ahmed and beautiful Ronit & widad to zvulon who's the head of the restaurant. Every and each of them have gone out of their way to satisfy my wishes and needs. The stay was superb and quite enjoyable I will definitely miss this one of a kind amazing staff. SHALOM MY FRIENDS LELA
We booked this hotel for our last weekend in Israel to be close to the airport for our flight on Sunday. What a mistake! For the price we expected much better! Pros: - most staff were pleasant and helpful - location to the beach Cons: - over crowded (they host large groups like Birthright and the lobby/dining space/pool cannot accommodate large numbers. - Food for half board was mediocre tasting, and not a lot of variety (especially if you’re use to Dan hotel meals). - people were smoking in their rooms and it came through the ventilation system (two family members have asthma). - stained floors, non fitted sheets, and sagging beds in the rooms. - tiny bathrooms (literally the standing space is 2.5 ft by 2.5 ft If you’re looking for an overpriced seedy hotel by the beach (like a student on a budget), then this is your place. If you’re looking for a lovely Shabbat hotel for your family on vacation or business- find somewhere else.…
My group enjoyed their stay at the hotel. They loved the breakfast and dinner - the food is fresh, has a huge variety and is very tasty. The rooms are small, but the facilities - pool and gym, and the proximity to the beach, market, and Dizengoff Center make up for it. The reception staff is friendly and attentive. There was an issue with the guard at the front who was rude, but otherwise a great stay.
