The Metropolitan Hotel is located one short block from the Tel Aviv Boardwalk and the Med Sea. The location is perfect to explore this beautiful city. Rooms are small but well furnished. The gym is small and underwhelming. The food is good in the restaurant although the restaurant space is tiny an crowded.

We began our tour of Israel staying at the Metropolitan for the night. It was clean, comfortable and a very good start to our trip. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of selections. Absolutely a good recommendation for anyone staying in Tel Aviv.

I have been staying here for over 10 years, every time I visit Tel Aviv. Now, I LIVE in Israel, and I still stay here often when I visit Tel Aviv. They have renovated in the last few years. It is reasonably priced, great location near the beach, and in walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Decent breakfast (compared to...

Our room on 9th floor not very clean, but ok ....i had to "overlook" certain things which were not to my standard! at least no noise from the neighboring rooms or the hallway! We had a view of the ocean....Dinner and breakfast nothing special, but decent...very small bar in the lobby near the restaurant...hotel near the beach...worth to take a...

We stayed one night, full board, and I am happy to report that there was excellent food for all three meals. The variety was wide, and the food was fresh and delicious. The advantage of buffet dining is that if you don't like a certain item, you just go back and help yourself to something else. The dining room itself...

We stopped in Tel Aviv for one evening and were pleasantly surprise to get a comfortable room, great beds, large bathroom and a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. The breakfast was great with a generous menu for everyone's appetite. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The television had multi channels as well as international channels to...

We only spent one night here on our tour. It was actually a pretty relaxed hotel. The room was better than the place we stayed in Tiberius. Modern key cards. decent beds. I wish however there were more plugs. The breakfast was probably the worst we had our entire stay. It was Shabbaths however. I wouldn't know how to manage...

Location ok near to a number of restaurants within walking distance and close to the promenade. Busy when I was there with lots of coach parties. Made breakfast a bit of a scrum. Room plain, with thin walls making it difficult to sleep with family talking in room next door. Take earplugs.

Rooms and bathrooms are compact at this central Tel Aviv hotel just two blocks from the beach. Service is good, but a bit indifferent; breakfast is about average for Israel; and the hotel seems to get a lot of tour groups, or at least it did while I was there. It's clean though, the location is good, and it's well...
