tasteless hotel dark rooms .... service at the bar immeasurable .. the young lady standing there everything was too much .. no water in the room .. rooms are not cleaned up ... any plus point breakfast is very good .………………………please take into account that there are works on the street side so the sea will soon be no longer visible … you will then be sent to the back rooms with a terrible view

I have been to tel Aviv a number of times and airways stayed further south and not near the port. The Alexander hotel is near the port and at first when this was booked I was not sure how it would workout But I was very pleasantly surprised !!!! My stay at the alexander was for 10 days . The room (executive suite ) was large and very roomy .the beds were very comfortable Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of both hot and cold foods.and perfect coffee Checkin was easy. Chckout was more duffucult for me as i did not want to leave!!!! But it was easy What made this hotel even better was the staff . From the front desk there was osher, yuri, arina and lauren. the plumbet who fixed a leaky showerhead in minutes and did so with a large smile. The breakfast crew who seemed just could not do enough for us Ayala, Konstantin and Valentina. The chambermaid, Freda, who was always smiling and made our day start off wonderfully A special thank you to Lauren who always had everything under control. She was friendly and effecient and always with a smile making us feel that nothing was an issue. It is not often that one finds a wonderful hotel with even more wonderful staff. I hope this continues I will certainly be returning and in fact will.be cancelling a reservation that I already have and making a reservation at Alexander hotel for my upcoming trip back to tel Aviv It is near to the port with restaurants and close to beautiful beaches with alot of Beach activities available …

I am a regular at Alexander. Large rooms, great breakfast, fantastic location, and wonderful staff. Price is always competitive. Close to everything one needs, and right on the water. Highly recommended. Love the towels the hotel provides when going to the beach.

Great location. A 2 min walk to the beach and the promenade with lots of cafes. The room was huge (actually a big bedroom with a walk-in robe and big lounge room with dining room combined), clean and had a good kitchen and enormous bathroom. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Loved it. Definitely coming back to stay at the Alexander Tel Aviv

The rooms are spacious and the service is great. Breakfast is terrific!!! Loaction is perfect. The workers are very friendly and service oreinted. I hope to come back soon. The bath rooms are sapcious and water stream is great. The kitchen ans coffee makers are useful.

Where to start. On arrival, was charged twice even though we told them we were prepaid. Was enthusiastically told about our drinks package included… cola, soda and more, This turned out to consist of 3 small bottles of water and 2 cups for 5 people with no replenishment during our 4 day stay. The breakfast buffet was empty most of the time unless we arrived at 7 on the dot. The breakfast was very average. The room itself was outdated and the shower and toilet constantly blocked. The second toilet door handle was broken and my husband got locked in. The staff which appeared unhappy did try their best. Also, far away from the sites of Tel aviv

The location was great, the service was very accommodating. Arina, Hanna, Andrey, and the rest of the crew treated us so well! The room was spacious, well equipped, the water pressure was strong, and the beds were very comfortable. My family is very grateful for this stay!

Great place with wonderful team! Came to celebrate our anniversary and the crew was so nice and kind. Gave us free macaroons and wine. The room is giant and full of facilities. The breakfast is simple but good. Definitely worth the price

We came for a couples romantic weekend for a birthday. The room was great, they even left us some free wine and macaroons, the spa was BEAUTIFUL and the masseuses were nice and professional and the breakfast was delicious. Overall 10/10!!!!
