I've stayed here due business trip. Limitations:
Wi-Fi only in lobby, internet via the LAN in rooms (slow and sometime not works), no changes on the breakfasts, and very small room.
At the end I can't recommend it for business people.

Central location, but in a dirty and run-down back street. Reasonable room, but very cramped. Wide choice of breakfast food, but typically 'continental' - not to my taste!
Staff have reasonable knowledge of English.
