Stayed the weekend night. Location is very good, 2 minutes from the beach front. Our room was recently renovated, clean, and updated bathroom. The best part was the breakfast with excellent cheese selection, smoked salmon, salads, fresh breads and cakes. We loved the option to have omelettes and fresh brewed coffee on Saturday, real treat! Service was really good. I was disappointed that I could not take a picture from the roof since it was closed. The additional fees for parking is annoying.
Excellent hotel, v comfortable o/n stay, helpful and efficient staff, healthy choices available at breakfast, location near the coast, bus stop for airport bus nearby, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
Really friendly service from the staff of the hotel, especially from Orly. Highly recommend for leisure or business trips. Rooms are realy spacious with amazing views. Excellent variety of food and really tasty.
We only became aware of the absence of a Kashrut Certificate by chance. We assumed (incorrectly) that as it was part of the ISROTEL Hotel chain ,it was Kosher like all their other hotels. No meat on the premises but they cook omelettes on Shabbat. A shame ,because there are alternatives to omelettes, that can be pre-cooked before Shabbat. Now that we know , we shall not be able to stay at this very fine hotel.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this hotel was so disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. We booked a Seaview room, it looked nothing like the view advertised on booking.com. Probably 20% of the view was the sea, the rest was of tall buildings and huge crane (see the photo attached). I complained to the reception manager but unfortunately she wasn't very customer focused. She told me she would get back to me to see what she could do, but I had to chase her hours later for a response. Even when I called up, instead of speaking to me directly she did so via another reception staff until I asked to speak to her directly. At no point was I rude so I don't understand her behaviour Team Reception team in general are more like 2 star than 4 star hotel (bad manager bad staff etc). You get an unfriendly welcome and it's difficult to get basic information from them. For example details about parking, where breakfast is, where the lifts are and how much deposit they take on your credit card. This was the first time we stayed in a hotel in Israel and we thought maybe that's the way it works. However, when we got to Jeruselum the hotel staff were amazing. So maybe it's just the Isrotel Brand that don't care about their guests. On the plus side Good locations, breakfasts were good. The staff for breakfast were excellent. Great shower…
