They charged me twice, don't book this hotel or Hayarkon Hostel (same owner) because they are thieves!!!!!!!! I paid when I came and after they charged me again when I checked out and when I tried to contact them they never replied
The hotel was dirty, but the worst thing happened on a last evening - my room door was stuck and the door was not closing - not locking- I even could not close them. Went to the reception and they checked the door said that can do nothing and asked to wait till the morning as hotel is full. So I pushed my suitcase and actually spend a terrible night with an open door. the worst thing happened when i returned home and tried to get refund from hotel for the last night - they refused, at the begining sayign that hotel was full and they could not change the room and later said - that nothing happened. no even sorry. avoid this hotel.
This hotel can’t be in a better location. Right across from the banana beach. My wife and I arrived early from a very long 10hr flight. The receptionist Otem is simply the best. Super welcoming, pleasant and very knowledgeable of the area, tells you where everything is. Where to eat, places to visit. I wish every hotel/resort would have a receptionist like Otem. She had our room ready in the top floor. Room #402 with a huge terrace overlooking the beach. The room and bathroom was very clean. A nice size room. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Free coffee all day. I recommend this hotel and I will be coming back very soon.
This is not luxury but a basic hotel in an excellent location right opposite Tel Aviv beach on the Mediterranean Sea The hotel is tidy and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Adequate breakfast and lounge area Room is spacious, clean and tidy and I had a balcony view. A pleasant and ideal place to stay among the superior hotels right on the beautiful Tel Aviv beach area - a beautifully designed beach and leisure area with cafes bars and beach furniture to enjoy. Within a pleasant walking distance of the Old Town of Jaffa I would definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Israel
This is a nice hotel close to the beach and to several restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and do their best to accommodate guests. There is a breakfast room that serves a good breakfast although it is not quite a North American type breakfast. However, it is a very fine breakfast. The building itself is from the 60s or 70s in terms of architectural style, but is is comfortable and its location is excellent. Just a few minutes walk from a wonderful beach.
