We stayed in this hotel for 2 days during a long trip through the Middle East. It is fairly centrally located with a few takeaways, launderette, shops nearby. Hard to know where to start with the problems with this hotel. We booked it based on its rating as a 4 star hotel and as a family of 5 were looking for a place with apartment type accommodation for extra space but with hotel like facilities such as pool and restaurants.
