Stayed here for Umra in Level 4. The distance from this hotel to Haram is 400-600 metres by foot. It is advisable to leave the hotel early to enter Haram and it is impossible to enter Haram during Adhan since a guard will close the entrance door during prayer time. The food in the hotel merely from catering outside the...

The lobby of the Hotel is beautiful. Overall Staff are friendly except the staff working in the restaurant whom tend to take your cutlery whilst you are still seated and eating. The staff in reception are arrogant being a five star hotel you would presume they would have some level of spoken English. There is no WIFI ,upon paying for the WIFi...

This hotel in Mecca is very close to the Haram, on a crowded street but very quiet and peaceful inside. The rooms are luxurious and staff are very courteous and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the foyer and rooms are luxuriously furnished. Breakfast, included in room rent, was lavish and I had difficulty in controlling my overeating. Overall...

The hotel is nice with beautiful lobby. Friendly staff. The cons is that it is quiet far (walking) from al haram especially for elderly people or kids. They do provide shuttle service to ease their guest.

Please do not call it a 5 star hotel. Its more like 2 or 3 star. We stayed here for 4 nights. We were four and hotel room was really congested for all of us. We barely had place to put our luggage. The washroom shower door was broken and seat had stains on it. Persons at reception could barely...

The pros; - A really nice and big lobby (not that it matters much but it's nice when going in and out the hotel) - Rooms are very clean and kept to a high standard and the bathroom was very nice. You also get a small selection of fruit on arrival which was nice. - Beds are nice and big...
