Al Safwah hotel is located directly opposite Abdul Aziz Gate and adjacent to the Makkah Clock Tower. We had a room with no view and 2 bedrooms. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. Housekeeping was efficient. I would stay here again. There is a mall under the hotel.

the place is clean, quit, and very near to Haram but it would be hard to reach the hotel entrance gate 30 minutes before the prayer time in busy days. we booked 3 bed room but they actually assigned us in 2 bed room with one extra bed which was not nice.

The hotel is one the hotels opposite the holy mosque. The rooms are sizeable and adequately furnished. The food is okay but could do with more varieties. The concierges are very friendly and helpful. There is a need for dedicated non smoking floors because even when you are in a non smoking room, the smell of cigarette from other rooms...

I have read some other reviews on this hotel whilst some things maybe understandable not to up to the tasks, however for me and my parents, we have had a wonderful 6 nights stay in the triple room. I only had 3 complaints though (not serious enough to affect the ratings) which are, the windows are facing next building, so...

Nothing to shout about this hotel other than the location. From your room, you just need to take elevator and straight right up to the Masjidil Haram entrance. The room is huge but basic and old. The door cannot be locked though. They offer variety spread of buffet breakfast and the place is always packed, especially right after Fajr. I...

This is a wonderful hotel if you get a room with a view - and we were able to do that - it just makes the stay so much more wonderful. The check-in was a little slow and we left our bags with the concierge and headed off to perform Umrah. Upon completion we returned to a clean and comfortable...

Therefore Jemaah need not wait for a long time. As for the elevator. The Jemaah needs to go down to lobby before take a another elevator to go down to the...

The room size is good with ample space to pray and to store our luggages. Very clean room, good toilet size and sufficient supply of toileteries. House keeping were good and come...

The best part of this hotel is the location. Very close to the Haram. Room wise is big and clean but looked kinda old. Its toilet is in need of refurbishment. Bed is comfy. Our meals were catered for and I could say those food were tasty, but could be better instead. Near to all eateries if you want to...
