Stayed in a 2 Bedroom Suite with our 2 kids. We stayed for 8 days so I decided on a bigger unit to have space for the kids to play. The unit exceeded my expectations. It was like an apartment. Had a massive foyer leading to the dining room (which had a table with 10 chairs) and a big lounge...

We went on Umrah trip to Makkah mukarrama and luckily we got accomodation in Royal Makkah tower in fairmont. The hotel have all basics and modern amenities and it was wonderful stay there. We stayed on 58th floor. Although lift is bit confusing. One way of hotel is connected to Masjid e Haram and from Hotel mosque the view of...

Stayed there in December 2016, booked three rooms. Amazing landmark, the elevators accessing lobby to the mall does get very busy before and after prayer. Excellent location, nice breakfast and very comfortable bed with good staff and excellent service. Would definitely return back.

We stayed in this luxury hotel during our visit to Makka. We chose it as it stands like a landmark in the middle of this crouded city so we won't lose our way. The family suit which we stayed at was very wide with one separate room which has its private rest room. The rest of the suit had its...

Stayed in 17th December 2016 for 6 nights. 2 Adults plus 13 year old and a 6 year old. Got an upgrade as the room we ordered was a signature room which the man at the reception said maybe too small for us and he upgraded it to a junior suite at no extra cost. Excellent service. We also paid...

I had a chance to stay at this hotel during my recent trip to the holy city. I booked for Fairmont Gold unit which comes with dedicated check-in /out counter at level 28. Under Fairmont Gold also, guests are given access to the Gold Lounge, a great place to relax while enjoying sweets and snacks. Very much fortunate that the...

From the start got really impressed with service (one of the best). As we were arriving early, I requested an early check-in. Before the arrival day, I received a call from the hotel confirming my time of arrival. Upon my arrival was warmly welcomed and was pleasantly surprised to see that room was available and ready, much much earlier from...

I have stayed at a number of hotels in Makkah and would definitely not recommend staying at the Fairmont due to the terrible service, lack of advertised facilities and misleading staff. If you are looking for a great stay in Makkah, I would recommend staying in the new Jabal Omar development (e.g., Hyatt Regency, Hilton Suites) which are convenient to...

We stayed my family in this hotel from 25 Dec to 27 Dec 2016. WE have booked 3 rooms Room #'s: 0108/3313/3413. The lift was very slow and its taking time to go and up and down. Cleanliness was substandard. During breakfast, most of the table were dirty. You need to ask them to clean the table. Restaurant services need...

The Haram views are excellent. Spent hours in the room looking at Kaaba and praying. The rooms are maintained well and the musallah on S2 level helps a lot when you can't make it to haram to pray. Location is excellent.
