The primary objective of traveling to Makkah is visiting Kaaba. Unfortunately its pretty far away from the hotel and the distance is not pleasant if you have reached a particular age. There was no free WiFi in the rooms and the paid options were extremely expensive. Drinking water bottles are also not covered in a standard room package which is...

Me, my husband and infant son stayed at this hotel. We were only there for two nights and it was a great hotel in terms of price. It was quite a walk away (10-12 mins) but we didn't find it too difficult especially if you set off earlier before the prayers. The one thing that was annoying was the fact...

Stayed for four days in January 2017 in Dar al Eiman Grand. Check in: I gave my booking papers to the reception staff and they can't find my reservation in the computer, they gave my paper to some other staff member and it took him 15 minutes to sort the issue. Finally we got access to our room after 20...

Good hotel which needs proper maintenance. Good points; not far from Haram. 10-15 min walk. Breakfast. Although not much options for British/Pakistani but vast selection of middle eastern menu. Staff was courteous as well. Bad points; non- smiley , even rude staff with exception of Muhammad, a young guy very helpful and friendly. Strange smell in rooms Lift system. sometimes...

NO ROOM SERVICE HERE. During salah time it takes about 10 mins to get to the Haram if your fit and active. You need to hang your "Please make up my room" door knob note outside to have your room cleaned. Also we were told to stick your full bins outside your room, but do check with reception as we seemed...

Well good news is, its very close to the Haram. But shortly after we checked in, a member of staff let themselves into the room, we were surprised, the staff said they had no cleaned since the last guest. And yes, the bathroom was all wet, no tissue, lack of fresh towels, someones medication was in the corner… We found...

There is no room service in this hotel. They have kept a kettle in the room but do not provide mugs and expect you to drink coffee in glasses. Their toilets have stain marks all over the place. Their staff is not trained to be a 5 star hotel staff. Some of them are rude whereas others seem to be...

It's a decent place to stay. 10-15 min walking distance from Haram which is approx 500 meters. No Internet access at home which is pretty bad. Overall it's an okay place if you intend to live for 3-4 days.

“The Hotel is 5-7 minutes walk from Haram. The room was quite big with fridge, sofa chair, wardrobe. Three single beds. clean and tidy. The reception area is big and well maintained. There are two blocks A and B. We were in B block which had 17 lifts, working well. The room was quite with no interference.”
