The room was nice and clean, the facilities were OK, the food were great. The location is great, just about 10 minutes walk to Al Haram. There are restaurants at the ground floor as well as laundry. Overall, I had a great stay here during Haj.

Went with my family of 4 for recent Umrah during Ramadhan Month. This is also first time our Travel Agency took this hotel. It is quite a distance from the Haraam (15mins walk) walkonh along busy road full of taxicabs & buses. The staff in hotel are not friendly & the lifts are complicated as you need to change lifts... Mira ajyad located in ajyad street, it's in walking distance (about 5 minutes) to masjidil haram. Very strategic hotel but the facilities need to be improved. I stayed for 3 days in this hotel but the housekeeper never cleaned my room. But overall this hotel is value for your money with their good location and delicious food.

Our room is so narrow. We, four people with four big baggages, we literally cant move freely. The room is designed for two person and the managemeng however push four people to the room. The distance from the hotel to Masjidil Haram is about 10 minutes. The good things about this hotel ate the food. The chef maybe from Indonesia... More

We went here to stay during Umroh travel. The hotel close to Masjidil Haram. Lower level of the hotel was a shopping place (2 stories if i'm not mistaken). So you need to take the lift to go the lobby/receptionist. And took different lift to go to your room. The lift button for floors arrangement was a bit strange, it... More

Stayed in Mira for umrah earlier this month. The room is meant for 4 person by the number of beds which I think a little too cramp due to its limited space. 2 person in a room would be just nice. Toilet / bathroom is really clean, alhamdulillah. The restaurant is good, serving delicious Indonesian dishes for breakfast, lunch and... More

The hotel makes my visit very disappointed my room was not made up for two days. The front office staff doesn't understand English and the service was very poor busy with Facebook and working around for nothing. The Pakistani Housekeeping staff speaks better English than your Reception Staff. From my observation the Hotel has had communication standard and Management Issues.

Location is key for this hotel as it is very near to the haram. A two to three minute walk will bring you to the haram courtyard. The hotel is well maintained. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying there again.

“If you are traveling with a family, ask for a room that is a little spacious so you have room to keep your luggage. Our room, 911, was comfortable for three people, but some other four bedroom rooms were too crowded. (Not sure if they added an extra bed in because of haj season, but theres no harm in asking and seeing the room first.)”
