I will not recommend this hotel to any one being on steep height, no wifi in rooms, high rates,and no knowledge of English to persons at the reception.......poor room service when asked....not good atomosphere of lobby.....beds legs are towards Qibla
The hotel is located far away on the hill. If you have problem walking then forget it. The staf is OK but the front desk are young people with no respect. Internet is only in the lobby area. The shuttle is only from elaf ajyad...More
Unhelpful, rude staff. Bathroom was grimy with a shower cubicle so small that the shower curtain sticks to you while you shower.
100 step stair way leading up a mountain to reach the hotel. Completely inconvenient for daily prayers. Small uncomfortable beds.

I booked 5 rooms for 5 nights, once we got to hotel, hotel is on top of the hill
I Visited this hotel when I performing for umrah, the internet(wi-fi) only on the ground floor and restaurant, some rooms A.C. wasn't cold as I wanted, and the rooms quite small for triple or more, and for the rest are standard
