Nice out door location with good food, but sweets ran out too early and no refilling, also they had some " comedian" with loud speakers who was not funny nor entertaining, we had to leave because of the noise. Price is average for the food quality and service. Service was fair. Good parking and accessible. We chose it to try...

Breakfast is good. Coffee shop is cozy. Service is commendable. Location is accessible. Stayed for 3 days. Nice executive room with city view. Staff friendly and helpful. Wi-fi is ok. There's cable tv & mini-bar!!! Big parking space, too.

I thought the rooms would be much, much better than they actually were. Though they were large, they were poorly equipped with lousy layout. Bathrooms were not so good either; toilet seat was worn out and looked dirty. The shower of the 1st room that I saw actually didn't have a shower head... naturaly, I asked to change the room....

I spent one night during a business trip to Riyadh. I must say I was worried when I read the reviews having already had the reservation made based on a business partner recommendation. Check in was smooth, no problems with English. I did request a non smoking room and was given a room that looked recently renovated. The room had...

A family wedding is taking place tonight in the hotel's ballrooms, therefore I thought staying here might be a good idea. I'm wrong - Smoking is allowed everywhere in this hotel. There's no such thing as nonsmoking rooms. In fact, they don't even get the concept. When my family complained about the smoking odor in rooms and halls, they came...

I stayed here because it's close to my business partner's offices and it offers ok rooms. The food is average at best, if you're not picky. The room is relatively clean, but the stench of air deodorizer overwhelms you as you walk through the lobby and room corridors. It's also very close to the airport so you don't get stuck...

I selected this hotel purely due to its proximity to the Business Gate complex. I found the room just the right size for a single business traveler. It was very basic, but clean. However, the first thing I noticed was the odor from the seemingly old AC. Not sure if I would've noticed it if I hadn't read the reviews...

Mildly down-at-heel but reasonably comfortable, this hotel reflects a slightly off-centre aesthetic. At first glance my room appears wonderfully spacious, but then you notice there is no shower screen or curtain and every shower ends with water everywhere - a true novelty in Riyadh! The minibar looks inviting but is only replenished if you ask for it. Likewise toiletries. And...

This is one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in Saudi Arabia. The outside of the hotel is filthy dirty!! I guess from sand storms? The rooms are ok and the beds are comfortable. Nothing fancy but good place to lay your tired head.

“Ask for a non-highway facing room and ask that the windows have good sound proofing, this may vary from one room to another, so if you're staying for 3 or more nights, ask them to check several rooms (maybe stay in each 5 minutes) to see which one was quietest.”
