It is an average quality good business hotel where you can stay couple of nights, do your everydays job and provide quite business meetings. The restaurant is quite good, some ordinary shops at the lobby and good coffee service.

This is a 60s or 70s hotel, not cleaned, polished, upgraded, rennovated since then ! Mattress covers are torn, bed hard like a wood, plug point only one in corner, kettle has to be carried some where else to boil water, carpet full of stains, lifts logic is weird and takes time to come to your floor, stafff stiff and...

The rooms are good size. It is an old Hilton so expect the same. There is always a buzz with hundreds of people having meetings in the lobby. The coffee shops make a great espresso or a mango smoothie. All you need plus comfortable chairs. It is Iran, so you need cash to pay, around $120 per night USD. Good...

Its a very old hotel, so dont expect cutting edge stuff. The breakfast spread is quite nice. The hotel was crowded. I was advised by my friends to opt for the West Wing, which apparently was renovated sometime back. Good option to stay if you are there for a short trip.

I have recently been staying at Parsian Esteghlal and although I travel a lot and I am used to face different situations all over the world I was really surprised about the very low standard of this place. The room was horrible with 50 years old furnitures, very old and dirty, same for the bathroom, narrow and very old. Breakfast...

A big and large hotel. Internet connection is the worst that ı have seen. Old furnishings is available. This hotel wants full renovation. Staff - helpful, they take care of guests' deals. Food was perfect.

This hotel was built more about 50 years ago and recently they didn't restore enough. So decorations and stuffs are old and not suitable for a 5-star hotel. Amazingly my room did not have a washing liquid container! On the other hand the room was clean and comfortable, but the price for it is expensive.

I was told by my cab driver that this used to the Hilton hotel in the 70s. I stayed in the West Tower for 6 nights. I was visiting Iran after 9 years and must say that the courtesy shown by Iranians is wonderful. Though the room was jaded, the carpets stained, it was still fairly clean. It was cold...
