i Stayed in this hotel a few days.Average hotel, but helpful staff. For cleaning i didnt have any problem.if the hotel has avability they can upgrade your room easily.A good wiev on the top floor.some rooms made noise but it is not hotel problem.Perople has to know that they are staying in a hotel and they have to respect other guests.

Had visited Lebanon in Dec 2002 and stayed in this hotel. It was an excellent & memorable stay. Very spacious room and yummy breakfast especially masala omelet. Given a chance definitely will look forward to stay there again and have yummy masala omelet.

Quick answer to each single request. Breakfast is enough. My room was spacious: i don' like moquettes but is not a problem. In the Verdun discrict, a growning and glamour area in the Beirut contest. Not far from the Leyla restaurant with good lebanese cousine. Just a point down: asked no smoking room but it was smelling of sigarettes smoke.

I stayed in Takaya suits while I was attending a wedding for 5 days. The location is not ideal as it is on a hill & in the suburbs. You would either have to call a taxi or walk all the way down to get one. Once you were down you are spoiled with choices when it comes to restaurants...

Do not stay here. First of all, the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Each time we want to go back the hotel we spend about half an hour asking and looking for the hotel. Second, the staff is unhelpful and annoying. It took us around 20 minutes to check in, they required advance full payment, and they...

location is in the suburbs, and it takes some days to find the quickest way to walk, (20 mins, but on the first day 1 hour....) and reception in the hotel are not helpful at all and also unfriendly. The porter is the only nice helpful person. So if you want to enjoy the city or the beach clubs its...

Absolutely bad, worse experience ever, stay away from this hotel!!! Regarding the so called amenities, half of them were non exisiting, closed or being "renovated" (in high season - dont think so...) the other half were of such extremely bad quality that they couldnt be used anyway, staff (especially in the reception) apart from being unhelpful, and unfriendly also have...

If you're looking for a hotel away from the noise and brouhaha of 24/7 Beirut, then this is a good option as it's located in the quieter residential suburb of Ain El Tineh, near to Pigeon Rocks and within walking distance of Verdun. Rooms are clean but a little shabby and the threadbare towels should be replaced, but otherwise it's...
