I am staying in one of these apartments right now and am very pleased I booked it. It is reasonably priced and nicely furnished although it could do with reprinting . A sea view was a priority to me and I'm glad I pushed for this as most of the apartments you can only see the sea by looking from...

Seaside is really well located, just a block from the boardwalk, and a few from Hamra and Bliss streets. Prices were fair. I stayed in a Seaview suite which was huge (a huge living room with a balcony with a partial sea view – yes, it’s not a full view because of buildings covering it, a small equipped kitchen, a...

I stayed here for a month on business in Beirut and highly recommend it to anybody whose budget does not stretch to the exorbitant five-star hotels or who, like me, could have paid for five-stars but preferred somewhere that felt more like a 'home' than a hotel. First impressions are not great. The building is right across the street from...

There was a group of 8 of us staying at these apartments (2 rooms of 3 and one room of 2) and for a big group who basically just went there to party, enjoy the sun and spend time eating gorgeous Lebanese food by the coast, it was perfect for us. The apartments are very basic, there is no real...

We were in Beirut during a festival and found it quite hard to find a place to stay. Budget accommodation is hard to find in Beirut at the best of times. After much searching we found Seaside Flats. The location is excellent - about 10mins walk to down town and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge...

Although the furniture is modest comparing to other hotels in the same area... but these flats has a wonderful location, it's like 100m away from the sea, and less than 5 min walk from AUB... quite, clean and very good value the staff are very friendly... especially Alex, the manager, he was very kind and a gentleman. I would highly...

We stayed at the Seaside Furnished flats for four nights at the beginning of a one month trip to the Middle East in September 2010. Mohammed at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was big, with a beautiful sea view (somewhat obstructed by new high rises, but definitely a "sea view" nonetheless). The room was clean,...

We didn't know that Beirut would be jam packed with people in the middle of the summer- in my opinion, the worst time to visit as it is hot and humid beyond belief. Hotels fill up fast. There are few budget options, and the two we looked at were DISGUSTING. Seaside flats was a godsend. Located in a great part...

“I had great sleep, bed super comfy, great location, english speaking staff.”

“If you want the full sea view (albeit between two high rise blocks and overlooking the aforementioned bombed building, which actually is strangely beautiful) make sure you are on the 4th floor or higher, and in the middle. I was in 46 and loved it. Only downside - it faces due North. Sun-lovers might prefer the larger suites on the West side of the building which have a more obstructedl sea view, but do catch the afternoon and evening sun. But they might get very hot in the summer.”
