35 Rooms is neat, well maintained and well operated. Overall I think the staff and location are the hotel's strongest assets. The air con worked well in my room but was very loud. Also there were very limited television channels available and the TV doesnt accept USB content. Having said that the location in the heart of the Hamra is...

Terrible experience, hopefully uncommon to all guests. I booked 2 nights and used only 6 hours of them, due to a flight delay beyond my control. I was happy to pay fully, as my booking was non-refundable. I explained to the hotel, a week in advance, that I will not use the 1st night but will just spend a few...

It is located in al hamra near a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms were well equipped, clean and nice. Poor breakfast variety. The staff are so friendly especially Saleem and Raid. There is a lot of mosquitos. It is suitable for families. Good taxi service.

I would recommend this hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, its central location, and pleasant and comfortable accommodation. They have a hotel car and driver for excursions, staff are knowledgeable and helpful in planning itineraries and giving advice. Food is good and it all contributed to a most enjoyable experience.

Stayed for three nights while visiting Beirut on vacation. Great little hotel with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Rami, the front office manager, was very friendly and professional. He was always asking if he could help us in any way. The buffet breakfast was good and plentiful. Great location just off Hamra. Plenty of places...

First of all the graffiti and the idea of rooms with different themes is great, the service was amazing "Room service managed to go out and buy me a plug for my charger at 3 am!!" But the best part its the only hotel I've been to that serves breakfast until 11am. Located at the center of Beirut walking distance...

Worth the price. The room is clean and decent as well was the batchroom. Superb location where everything you need is just few steps away; grocery, restaurants, and clothing. The parking can be challenging but the staff is always ready to help.
