This was a trip with me and my son that we made for the Qutar FIFA. We choose Rotana because it is a brand that I was familiar with from Dubai. When I made the booking I was under the impression that its a hotel but I came to understand that its more of a serviced apartment when we arrived there. Yes they have a front desk like a hotel but its a serviced apartment. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment because they said that they did not have any two bedroom units when we checked in. The property is clean. The rooms are absolutely clean. But its all pretty much plain jane when it comes to furnishings. What you miss the creature comforts that come with a hotel. Also we had to call the front desk for toiletries and towels. They did provide them but it was not available ready in the apartment when we checked in. Also the power points were not what we were used to from our region. So we needed adapters for them. That was a bit surprising for us. The hotel could have had the international sockets that they have these days to make it hassle free for travellers. Other than that the property is on a very nice upscale location. Getting a uber was super easy. No issues there.…

We booked here for the world cup for two nights, when we checked in the apartment wasn’t cleaned well and very strong noodles smell was spreading, it was smell so bad , air conditioning was so cold , freezing lever and you can not control it . They lost our bags it took them a while to bring the bags to rooms. The worst are the bathrooms , they need to clean it well and do some maintenance. Room service very slow and the they don’t know english,it is difficult to explain for them what you want , some insects were around . In booking shows the extra-bed in this hotel cost R100 and when we came and ask for one the charge us R1000 per night. The location is perfect, but the hotel rooms need a real renovation.

When you are looking for a nice relaxation after the whole busy week this is the best place to stay. I really love their veranda where you can just sit, drink and enjoy the view, their big rooms, spacious living area and the good services they offered during our stay. It is such a cozy and homey place with amazing ambiance. It has one of the best view of pearl. The rooms are very big & spacious. Everything you need is available in your room. It’s a home away from home. I also had lunch at Hamilton’s, the food was really really good. I was definitely really happy with their services. staff is very friendly & attentive. Definitely will be visiting soon .

We really had a great weekend staycation at Sedra Arjaan where we celebrated a milestone achieved by one of our friends. An intimate get together in a cery grand venue like Sedra Arjaan with a fabulous room complete with all what we need. A nice view of The Pearl's Porto Arabia, accessible to all. I stayed here with my partner for a weekend and had such a nice experience. From the booking process, checking in/out, the service, staff, the room, pool, and last but not least the beautiful view of the Pearl and water. Absolute delight. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, amenities and activities just walking distance from the hotel.
