This traditionally designed hotel is located in the heart of Doha and has has wonderful staff, The hotel is super clean and the balcony rooms allow guests to enjoy the fresh air and ambiance of the Arabian Peninsula. It was a refreshing place to recharge from a European holiday and I would like to thank all the staff for for their great attention to detail and professionalism. We used this hotel as part of the Qatar Airways stopover programme staying two nights. The total room only price of QAR 401 for our stay was incredible value. The hotel is excellent in every respect particularly all the staff who invariably always offered a polite greeting to us regardless of where they were working in the hotel. The rooms are huge and very well equipped with high quality furnishings for a very comfortable stay. There is an equally spacious walk in rain shower in the bathroom with great variety of toiletries We had lunch in the Canela cafe, they do a salad, French fries, and sandwich deal for just QAR 49, good value for a tasty light lunch. Breakfast the following morning had every conceivable choice of food to suit all culinary tastes. Eggs are cooked to order, service is super efficient with plates cleared promptly. The additional charge for breakfast is just QAR 55 which includes a 20% reduction for hotel guests under the stopover programme was teriffic value for the range of food on offer. The location close to Souk Waqif is brilliant.

We stayed at the Al Najada Doha as part of a Discover Qatar Stopover, so paid an exceptionally good rate for a very good quality hotel. The rooms are enormous, and the beds are amazing. Just what you want after a long flight. You could sometimes hear noise between the neighbouring rooms, which potentially would be a problem, but we were fortunate that our neighbours were quiet throughout the night. The location is right next to the Souk Wakif, which has plenty of places to eat and to potter around. Our room rate didn't include breakfast, but we ended up paying for their breakfast buffet as is was reasonably priced and had a great range of options. We weren't huge fans of Doha itself particularly, but if you are looking for a comfortable place to break your journey, we would definitely recommend the Al Najada.

Check in here seemed a little complicated; it took a long time. but the staff could not have been more gracious and friendly. They also responded fast when our incoming flight was delayed by seven hours, and our airport pickup had to be rescheduled.
The kindly desk clerk upgraded our room, which was spacious as well as thoughtfully designed and equipped. The excellent buffet breakfast that was included was served in an exceptionally beautiful dining room.
This hotel is very close to the Waqif Souq, and it all but adjoins a station of the brand-new metro. We had no complaints about anything.

The hospitality and accommodations here are unparalleled for the relative affordability (compared to U.S. hotel prices). Our room was amazing with a fantastic view of the surrounding area. We didn’t get too much time at the pool or gym but they were extremely nice and well kept, too. Breakfast was probably a bit more expensive than we could’ve found at the nearby souk, but it included everything you could’ve asked for, so it was worth it if you want a large variety and all-you-can-eat. Souq Waqif is right across the street and we spent most of our 24 hours in Doha wandering through the Souq and down along the waterfront (Corniche).

This hotel provides everything a traveller could want. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable.
The hotel is located just across the road from Souq Waqif, making it handy for access to numerous shopping and restaurant choices.
There is a metro station within 2 minutes walk of the hotel, which provides easy access to other areas of Doha.
The hotel also provides a well equipped gym and a small but adequate pool.
Breakfast is available, buffet style with a good selection of food to cater for different options. Complimentary bottled water is provided each day.
The service is friendly and efficient, with the hotel staff arranging a grab car for us for our ride out to the airport.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travellers

We stayed here on a 24 hour stopover having decided to spoil ourselves a little on our last night away returning from our six week trip in Asia. The hotel is lovely - quiet and spacious. Our room was not on the 'good' side overlooking the square but rather overlooking the street which we actually preferred as you could watch local life going on. The room was large and very comfortable with a sitting area as well as a balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was big with a good shower. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We walked to the Museum of Islamic Art which was definitely worth going to. There are also great views of Doha and the waterfront from there. Their airport transfer is very expensive - 150 QAR - so we asked them to call a taxi which cost 27 QAR.

It was a pleasure staying here. It was super clean. Spacious. Centrally located (the very happening and lively Souq Wafiq is across the street). But the best part was the staff - everyone that we came across was attentive, happy to serve and courteous. The housekeeping was one of the best we have encountered. Its the little things that make the stay worthwhile, for example, the head of housekeeping department, (some Mr Chatterjee I think) crossed us outside the hotel while we were waiting for our ride. He was off-duty but still stopped, greeted us and asked if he could help us with hailing a taxi or anything. Looking forward to our next visit

The Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli is a splendid hotel in the centre of Qatar's capital city within walking distance of the souks. An ideal spot to discover Doha. Rooms are very clean and large, good beds, good breakfast, excellent service. We booked the hotel via Qatar Airways as a stopover on the way to Muscat in Oman. As Qatar Airways is offering cheap stopover packages, a stay at the Al Najada hotel was really a treat. I can recommend it to all travellers flying via Doha to their final destination. Smoking is prohibited within the hotel premices, but that should not be a problem.

I was a bit reserved about this hotel and surprise surprise, the place is faultless!
We arrived in the morning. As the hotel was full, we could not get the room right away (with deep apologies of super pleasant reception staff). But we were given the key to use the swimming pool with its showers and changing rooms, the gym as well as access to internet to pass our time. The lobby has a separate hall with comfortable sofas if you need to rest and plenty of electrical outlets to charge your phone and laptop.
The rooms was very big, with big bathroom and a balcony. We had the souk view - the window actually gives not directly on the souk, but on a pleasant square with fountains beautifully lit at night. What I especially liked about the room was a lot of lights (very often hotel rooms have dark lighting) and plenty of sockets everywhere (which is often an issue in the hotels as well)
The swimming pool is a decent size, lounge chairs in sun and shade, umbrellas.Spotless changing rooms with showers. The gym quite well equipped as well.
Huge choice for breakfast with outside and inside sitting. Excellent coffee (cappuccino available)
All the staff smiling and courteous
The location is perfect as well - amazing souk with plenty of restaurants and local mood just around the corner, the metro station 50 meters away, walking distance to the CornicheMuseum of Islamic Art and New Downtown.
And to finish it up the place is spotlessly clean - both the room and the public areas.
All in all a very well deserved 5 star rating. It was a pleasure to stay here and I will be back with pleasure

Most travellers have this issue and hotel is very accomodating to hold the luggage. They even provide weight scale if you want to check the luggage before heading to airport ( it was handy for us)
