Really enjoyed our stay here, all staff are friendly, helpful and efficient which makes a big difference when you are on a holiday. Right from the start we received a warm welcome from Ceza at reception, a big asset to the organisation. Rooms are quite spacious and standards are pretty high offering great value for money in central location within the city, free parking and just 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. Bathrooms are fitted with quality showers and our room had a great seaside port view. I will highly recommend to everyone!

Before arrival the hotel's reservation team had sent me a mail regarding the different transport options from the airport, also about a free shuttle at fixed times. I ended up taking a regular taxi, which brought me here for 43 QAR in about 10 minutes.
Check-in with a friendly and intelligent lady from the Philippines was very easy. I was also told about a free shuttle to the Souq Wakif and to the airport. For a dinner at Souq Wakif I preferred to go by metro from the not too far away station 'National Museum', but I took the offer for a shuttle bus service to the airport at 5am (the next would have been at 6.15). Due to my early departure I didn't have breakfast at the restaurant located in the mezzanine, where they also serve lunch and dinner.
The room was quite spacious, had a King size bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, drawers, a safe, free water and tea and coffee making facilities. Good was also the bathroom. I couldn't have wanted more for one night and was surprised by the great value of the place. In fact my choice for this hotel by the British Premier Inn chain had been all the excellent comments in various websites. In the room I especially enjoyed the great view from the window towards a mosque and the sea. At night it was very quiet and I had a good sleep.

Congratulations on the opening of this hotel. Overall I had very good experience staying at this hotel. The hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating. My request for a hotel shuttle back to the airport next day was relayed to the day staff and everything was organized impeccably. I stayed in this hotel because of a long transit between flights It is also very conveniently located near the Metro and Souq Waqif and easy to get anywhere in Doha. I would certainly recommend a stay in this hotel whether it’s short or long. My first attraction to this hotel was it’s flexibility for later checkout to catch my evening flight. This was my principal reason to stay at this hotel. Keep this feature going to ensure success in the future.

We spent only a stopover night. Hotel located near to airport, they have a (not too often) free transfer, but staff helps to organize a cheap cab to the airport anytime. Rooms are clean and comfortable, wireless internet is fast and free. Breakfast is fine.

I stayed Premier Inn Hotel for my Quarantine for 2 days.
Reached hotel at 06:30 but rooms were not ready had to wait till 09:30.
I was not happy about it as I was extremely tired.
But the Staff member were professional and extremely helpful and they did their best to make me comfortable and made my waiting time feel shorter.
Mr. Security Guard on duty was very polite who assisted me to stow the bags and provided bottle of water.
Mr Gehan made sure we were provided with breakfast and coffee while we were waiting for the rooms and was there to answer our queries. He kept checking on us until we were provided with the room key.
Ms Sarvada from resturant was very friendly, kept on checking my wellbeing. She took good care of me and made sure the food was provided according to my choices during my stay. The food was delicious.
I would like to Thank Mr Gehan and Ms Sarvada and Mr. Security Guard on duty for their efforts and making my stay comfortable.

This is to share a positive feedback about the restaurant team . The food is very delicious and been served in a fully hygienic manner. The staff is very disciplined too.

I came to Doha after a really long day of travelling, in the late evening. The hotel was close to the sights but also not far away from the airport. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and the check-in process was fast. The staff also helped me to arrange my sightseeing trip in Doha with taxi, answered all of my questions. The room was great: good in size, had everything I needed but nothing unnecessary. Very livable room with enaugh power outlets (compatible with EU electronic devices too), good lights, it even had a line in the shower that you can dry your clothes on. Comfortable room with one of the most comfortable bed I have ever seen in a hotel. After such a long day I cannot say how much I appreciate this experience. The check out was also fast and the free airport shuttle bus was very helpful and great value to the money (the airport trip by taxi one way would cost about 45-50 rials that you can spare with the hotel's free service).

Premier Inn Airport Doha is a fantastic place to be. Dominated with well to do service providers who at each time checks greatly to their customers to ensure they are perfectly ok and well treated.
All department of the hotel functions concurrently to the best interest of the customer, Ranging from cleaners , customer cares and mostly restaurants manned by Sarbada who is outstanding in ensuring the customers have the best of their desire. I implore the management to ensure that such worker is been kept to the best interest of the Hotel and to the satisfaction of the customers.
